Platform Optimization Deck

(POD) which serves as the foundation to the

Components such as Flight Controls, Seats,

Instrument Consoles, and Display Systems, etc

can be mounted to the foundation POD using

an array of mountings points located on the

deck surface, under and on the sides of the

POD. Start simple and build to a FULL

MOTION solution over time, depending on

your budget. Many existing DROP ON

consoles and fixtures are available in this

catalog. If you require something that is not

currently available, we can fabricate it for you.

Transportable Helicopter Simulator

Our Transportable helicopter trainer was designed under a US Army contract. The cockpit can quickly disassembled and moved through a standard 36x80” door opening by one person. This design includes a removable roof, rapid disconnect instrument console, front display LCD mount and built in castors. With the cockpit roof removed (using snaps that hold the roof in place) it can be lifted onto its built in castors and rolled to the location required. The entire process can be completed by one person in 15-20 minutes. Mounting provisions under the seats are included to house simulator computers and audio equipment. This Open Cockpit Part Tsak Trainer uses two FasTrac PODS located side by side for dual crew classroom training.
