Lessons learned

Logistic support for maintenance and for operations

Clear definition of the actors involved in the process with related

responsibility perimeter;

Harmonisation of national / European standard not fully achieved;

Strong technical support by Rolling Stock Manufacturer (Alstom);

Training of personnel during homologation period is a key for gaining

experience on the rolling stock;

Strong presence of Railway Undertaking during homologation test is

fundamental for anticipating possible issues during operations.
