The High Quality Tuning from Reichmann

ensures perfect edge precision for your skis

and boards. Due to the HQT-finished

surface the lifetime of the edge stability

increases and the optimized sharpness

provides an optimum turning compliancy

combined with maximum security. The

ceramic discs ensures a precise geometry

on the side edges and the circumferential

polishing wheels are tuning the base edge

to a high-end finishing. They leave the

brand of HQT – the mirror finish.

This icon represents efficient waxing on

the highest level. Due to our continuous

research and development, our waxing

machines are always state-of-the-art.

According to our long-life brushes and the

minimal wax consumption, you will get a

prefect waxing finish with a minimal need

of expendable items. We call this efficient

waxing.

Belt grinding is a subject on which

Reichmann has worked since 1960. Since

then, belt technology has been constantly

developed and improved. Today you can

choose between numerous belt types which

can be used for different operations. We

offer a wide range of belt qualities - starting

from pre-grinding continuing with polishing.

We always try to create our machines as

compactly as possible – because space is

money and we know that. Therefore, if you

see this icon, you know that the machine

combines optimal performance within the

smallest amount of space. We call this

The structure in the base is the first thing

customers see after a service - no matter

the level of expertise. That‘s why you must

impress your customers and exceed their

expectations. Good referrals equal new

customers. But aside from the visual appeal

of the structured base, the ski or board

to our Reichmann machines

A ski service machine is an investment in your future. To make your dream come true we invest a lot

of passion and experience into our machines. We will support you in any way that we can. You have

enough things to consider and think about and concerns about your machinery shouldn’t be one of

them.

We only use high-quality goods and manufacture almost all of our products in Weißenhorn, Germany.

This allows us to control our quality and standards personally and ensures that only products of the

highest quality find their way into your machine. For the products that we do not build in-house, we

work only with partners who meet our high standards.

Nobody needs a stable machine without technical progress. Therefore, we work together with

national and international partners such as ski and snowboard associations as well as world cup

professionals. With their ideas and our experience we work together for a solution to always make a

better product. Afterwards we will bring it from the world cup directly into your workshop.

The Reichmann SF-1 is a grinding robot of unparalleled ability, and was designed to keep up with

today’s higher volume ski rental shops. Especially the newly developed and patented circulation feed

system which enables the combination of rapid and gentle processing of the skis. Highest efficiency

and extraordinary operating comfort are guaranteed by the unique paternoster system with in and

output in pairs. Due to the individual adjusted base grinding, the HQT tuned edges as well as the

perfectly waxing of each ski, we can guarantee each winter sports athlete highest amount of safety

and fun!

CONSISTENT & FAST SERVICE RESULT

Highest efficiency and extraordinary operating comfort are guaranteed by the unique

paternoster system with in and output in pairs. Our customers confirm an output of 82 pairs of

skis per hour which are ready to ski. A maximum output with a minimum effort is guaranteed

due to the ability to put in the skis no matter which size or style.

The newly developed, revolutionary feeding system by Reichmann combines gentle loading

with a constant high output rate. A 12” large, high-resolution touch panel enables simple

and effective operator guidance. The integrated remote diagnostic system guarantee

highest availability of service and continued production. For an optimized result you could

The PROFI S200 and PROFI S350 are the structural wonders among our stone grinding machines.

This is a result of close cooperation with different ski producers, snowboard associations, race

departments and world cup specialists. They are equipped with parameterized racing structures for the

Alpine and Nordic sector (S200) or the Alpine and Snowboard sector (S350). A triple jewel and

programmable grinding pressure curve allows precise structures with the PROFI S200/350. Therefore

allowing you to serve your most basic customers to the most elite racers.

REPRODUCIBLE STRUCTURES FOR SPECIALISTS

The conception of both machines has been thought out to the tiniest detail. By the use of our

structure development platform “PatRich” you can create structures effortlessly without any material

wear. The structure library includes all variations for customers of all types.

Due to the 3-point centering you will get reproducible and precise symmetric structures every time – also by using it split.

The integrated structure consultant makes it easy to find the right structure.

The color 8“ touch-panel enables you (by an integrated structure consultant) to find the

structures that fits to your customer’s needs. There is still enough memory capacity to save your

own structures to adapt to sophisticated target groups.

The new PROFI 4 is a combined stone-belt-tuning machine that fulfills all

wishes regarding equipment repair and ease of operation due to the many

pneumatic

features. With its inline stone and belt the PROFI 4 is a real space saver and

can even be installed directly against a wall. If you choose the machine with

the optional side edge grinding device (87° to 90° angle) you get a central

working station for all required preparation steps for professional ski and

snowboard service.

This machine gives you the opportunity to make a rapid switch between belt

and stone without taking the ski or snowboard out of your hands. By only

pressing a button you can change the feed arm from belt to stone and back

effortlessly. The independent pneumatics accurately adjust the grinding

pressures for stone and belt. The aluminum feed roller is divided into three

parts to compensate convex and concave snowboards.

The new 8” color-touch panel is ergonomically designed and located near the stone to enable the

perfect choice when deciding on various structures. The onboard computer has an entire library

of various stored structures and there are structure options for every skier and snowboarder. There

Equipped with a 350 mm / 1’2’’ wide stone, the new PROFI 4 can handle skis and snowboards with

Edge grinding, pre-grinding and structuring with one machine – the new PROFI

B VARIO makes this possible. With the compact grinding machine you need

significantly less working steps and reach high-quality results similar to stone

grinding. Due to the simple construction, the machine is very easy to maintain

and guarantees highest availability at lowest maintenance costs. Especially for a

limited amount of service work the Profi B VARIO with its excellent

price-performance ratio is the optimal solution for a universal application.

„NEW BASE TECHNOLOGY“

In the new Profi B VARIO specially developed pre-grinding and structuring belts

are used, which achieve an optimized gliding performance of the ski and boards

- comparable to stone grinding results. This is based on the new grinding

technology „New Base Technology“. Thereby, the pre-grinding belt creates a

smooth surface which is perfectly suitable for structuring. With the following

usage of the structuring belt you receive a structuring finish in premium quality.

Efficient and ergonomic working

Due to the pneumatic pressure regulation and the integrated lifting device for the feed roller, the

grinding pressures can be set even more precisely and the operator has to invest less power.

This enables a faster and fatigue-free working and at the same time ensures a better grinding

result. The pace of the grinding and feed motor is continuously adjustable; the structures can

be chosen according to the different requirements. So the machine is individually customizable

to the specific case of application.

With the intuitively operable touch-panel the user can switch instantly between pre-grinding and structuring. Predestined sequential programs secure consistently good grinding results independent of the user.

The PROFI B350 is a heavy-duty, efficient, adaptable machine, which can easily

serve alpine ski snowboard producers as well as service workshops. It was

designed with a particular focus on robust construction and as a supplement to

our stone grinding PROFI S line. Due to its feed it is a central processing station

for all required regular work steps for the tuning of skis and snowboards. It fits

and works within the smallest spaces, and can be equipped with an optional

edge tuning module. You can also get it as PROFI B350 Professional with

pneumatic adjustable grinding pressure and operate lifting device.

As our robust machines are used for the production of ski and snowboards, the

PROFI B350 is also available in a Professional version. The PROFI B350

Professional also utilizes a step-less feed rate, a more powerful motor and a

manual belt setting to be able to use higher grinding pressures. The PROFI

B350 Professional isn’t standardly equipped with a side edge in contrast to the

PROFI B350. A great number of snowboard and ski producers also take the

PROFI B350 for the continuous operation.

Belt grinding – versatile application

The PROFI B350 is used for removal of contaminates and for pre-grinding of the base flat. The

machine is also used for the finish-grinding due to the application of scotch and corkbelt. The

two speeds of the grinding motor facilitates both pre and finish grinds, plus appropriate

concentration of abrasion. The machine fits well next to the PROFI S stone grinder making for

shorter work movements and an organized work space.

The SN 350 PROFI is a heavy duty, efficient and adaptable belt grinding

machine, which can easily serve alpine ski or snowboard manufacturers as

well as service workshops. The mobility of this machine makes it ideal for any

workshop regardless of size.

It is a central processing station for all required basic work steps for the tuning

of ski and snowboards and comes with an optional edge tuning module or

feed. That’s why a great number of snowboard manufacturers use the SN 350

PROFI for production of their snowboards.

The rhomboid arrangement of the pins has the effect of

more exact and sharper structure results. With

rhom-boid dressing diamonds the cutting is more flat and

40% broader as the pin intensity itself. (For example:

pin intensity: 0.6 mm = 0.7 mm profile width /

0.02’’ = 0.03’’ profile width).

The dressing diamonds are used to bring the desired structure to the stone. Important: The finer the pin the finer the

structure. The whole picture of the structure comes from the arrangement of the diamond pins (rhomboid or parallel) and the

dressing parameters.

The advantage of our synthetic diamonds is the consistency of the defined structures, and higher service life because of their

hard diamond pins. For the right dressing parameter and for developing your own structures, we provide you the structure

development online platform, called PatRich at www.reichmann.com/patrich.
