RESERVATION POLICY FOR EWTN LIVESHOWS

EWTN has implemented the following policy regarding seating for all Live Shows:

! Admission to all Live Shows will be by reservation only. Reservations are for general seating and do not imply the assignment of a specific seat or section. Your name will be on a seating list--there are no physical tickets.

! Occasionally, Live Shows are canceled. Should this occur, we will promptly attempt to contact those with reservations to inform them of this change.

! For Groups registered with the EWTN Pilgrimage Department: We can only reserve space for your group for one of the Live Shows. You may make provisional reservations in case we have room to accommodate your group on another night.

! Groups and Individuals wishing to attend a Live Show must make their reservations in advance by contacting the EWTN Pilgrimage Department. Contact us by phone: (205) 271-2966, or go online at www.ewtn.com/pilgrimage/reservations/reservations.asp2.

! Pilgrims with special needs (including those with wheelchairs or walkers) should notify us when making reservations.

! Please make your reservations as soon as possible to insure available seating
