We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified trainer/assessor within the Catering and Hospitality team at the college. The appointment offers the opportunity to be part of a very successful apprenticeship team within the College, as well as a developing and motivated Catering team.

The majority of work will involve catering and hospitality apprentices and will take place predominantly in employer’s premises. There may also be a need for involvement in Advanced and Higher Apprenticeship.

The successful applicant will possess relevant qualifications, a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards this) and an assessors award. It would also be preferable if the candidate holds a verifiers award although this is not essential.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
