Meeting of Tuesday September 25, 2012

Club Forum

The meeting of Tuesday last took the form of a Club Forum. Members updated the Club about the various activities that have been completed or will shortly commence.

In his presentation to the Club of Person Behind the Badge Michael Jackomos spoke to us about growing up in Carlton and surrounding suburbs, the son of Greek migrants. Michael completed his apprenticeship as a plumber and later went on to be a partner in a plumbing business. Michael and Anne have two adult children.

Thank you Michael for an interesting and informative glimpse at your earlier life.

John Gander demonstrated how to assemble the newest stand purchased for the selling of raffle tickets in locations such as Croydon Central and Main Street.
