These terms and conditions are applicable for travel on board a Scenic Space-Ship or Scenic Tsar and are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in Scenic Europe River Cruise 2016 brochure and on scenic.ca. All bookings are subject to Scenic full terms and conditions. This flyer is supplementary to the full brochure, please refer to full brochure for relevant cruise and/or tours departure dates, itinerary and fares. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Early Booking Incentives and Scenic Savings are not combinable. All offers including Airfares
Flights are based on wholesale airfares in economy class and are subject to availability of airline and booking class. Flights are subject to availability of appropriate airline class and once sold out surcharges will apply. Flights must be booked by Scenic. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due within 48 hours of booking. A second deposit of $1,500 per person is due by October 31, 2015. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of the full deposit. Offer available until October 31, 2015 or until sold out. Strictly limited suites available on set departures and subject to availability. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time. All Early Booking airfare deals are subject to availability and scheduled for travel to meet the brochure tour departure dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges as enforced by the airline. Full airline terms and conditions apply.

Please ask our Customer Service Consultant about upgrading your economy airfare offer to business class. Should you choose to do this, you would pay the price difference of the air credit dollar amount included in the early booking offer. Offer available until October 31, 2015 or until sold out. Airfares and air taxes will vary depending on departure date and gateway cities travelled.
Scenic Savings
Are not combinable with Early Booking offers. Booking must be made and applicable deposit paid within 48 hours. Full deposit must be received no later than January 31, 2016.
Flights And Ticketing
Depending on departure date and time of booking the required booking class for airfare offer may be too far in advance to book with the appropriate airline. If the required booking class is unavailable at time of booking, air surcharges will apply. The flight quote including air taxes and surcharges will be advised once all air sectors are complete. Total cost is final only at time of ticketing, should taxes increase from time of reservation a surcharge will apply. Once issued, air tickets are subject to amendment and cancellation fees as established by Scenic including any applicable airline fees.
Single Travellers
The single supplement offers are combinable with other advertised Early Booking offers. No Single Supplement offer is applicable on all cabin categories on board a Scenic Space-Ship for departures in March, April, October, November and December 2016. 50% off Single Supplement offer is applicable on Jewel Deck suites only from May to September 2016. Not applicable to Russia river cruises or any other third party operator. For full conditions of offers see scenic.ca. Early Booking incentive offers are not combinable with reduced single supplement for D and E cabins. Single Travellers offer is half the amount of the twin share offer and is only applicable on select departures. Dollar savings per couple will be adjusted accordingly for single travellers.
