Research fields:

My research focuses on IS/IT governance, taking into account all angles and all current research. It aims to develop a comprehensive vision of governance by providing an approach that unify the different standards and approaches of governance in a strategic alignment purpose.

My research is open on a broad scientific field, transverse to several disciplines in the field of IS, management science, computer science, organization, etc.

It includes:

 The IS governance, management and transformation.

 The standards, best practices and repositories of governance (COBIT, ITIL, Risk IT, Val IT, COSO, ISO 27000, PMBOK, etc..).

(3)

 The operational management, project management, project portfolios management and change management, collaborative working, knowledge management.

 The IS engineering, strategic planning, Architecture, design, modeling and processes.  The process based management.

 The strategic alignment.

My research methodology combines Behavioral Research and Design Science.

I elaborated a holistic unifying approach of IS governance and a global meta-model of IS governance. To do so, I have led two in-depth field case studies.

I used the action-research methodology as complete participant-observer inside two large European companies. The first case study allowed me to validate the relevance and the feasibility of a holistic IS governance approach. The latter allowed me to study the impact of simultaneous implementation of several independent IS governance approaches on governance, agility and strategic flexibility.
