A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

CULTURE

At nimblejack, we

love what we do,

and we have a lot

of fun doing it.

We believe our culture is paramount to our success. If we get it right, everything tends to fall in place because we’re working together in a positive environment.

In the beginning, we set out to build a team of awesome individuals—bringing together the right mix of intellect, determination, humor and creativity. We start by asking everyone what they want to get out of their experience working here. It’s important to us to focus on the hopes and dreams of every team member.

So… What are you passionate about? When you work with someone who is passionate about what they do, it can be very contagious. It creates a positive electricity in the office that our employees as well as our clients can feed off of. If you are not passionate about what you do, then we’ll work to put you in a role where you can be passionate!

CORE VALUES

The nimblejack

culture comes to

life through our

core values.

At nimblejack, our core values consist of the following 7 behaviors and skills. They have to do with who we are, what we do and how we act:

1) HELP EACH OTHER GROW BOTH PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY

2) PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL

3) BE RESPECTFUL, PERSONABLE AND HUMBLE IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS

4) KEEP SPEED IN MIND AND AIM TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY

5) WATCH FOR MOMENTS TO AMAZE OUR CLIENTS 6) CONTRIBUTE TO OUR OVERALL SUCCESS

7) LET OUR PASSION SHINE AND EMBRACE THE FUN IN OUR WORK

Every team member plays an integral role in building our company and creating our culture. We strive to create a balance of hard work, passion and fun.

On the following pages, find out more about what each of these statements means. And hear directly from our team about their interpretations of our unique company culture.

HELP EACH OTHER

GROW BOTH

PERSONALLY AND

PROFESSIONALLY

1

We value every team member and believe that happy

employees equal happy clients and a happy work

environment. To achieve that, we look for opportunities

to invest in the personal and professional enrichment of

our team. We expect everyone to challenge themselves to

constantly learn new skills and grow as individuals. If we

continue to push ourselves to be the best we can be, then,

we’ll collectively succeed as a company.

People are always

willing to teach

you something

you don’t know. In

this business you

have to constantly

be learning and

adapting.

It’s not uncommon to see groups of people huddled around a computer to work on a problem together. My greatest resource is my coworkers.

One of the best parts of working for nimblejack is being able to ask each other for help or best practices in an area where we are struggling. It always feels like a team effort on any project because everyone is happy to help!

It means taking time to witness what others are working on, sharing insights or past experiences and being open minded to helpful suggestions.

PAY CLOSE

ATTENTION TO

EVERY DETAIL

2

We value finding a better way for everything we do. Often,

the ability to make a difference is in the small things—the

details. It’s the responsibility of everyone to improve upon

every process that we have, and every project that we touch.

Look for ways to make incremental improvements to turn

something from good to great. We have to be methodic,

meticulous and disciplined in our efforts to always get the

job done right and take our work to the next level.

Attention to detail is key!

The world of digital media is

the king of detail. One small

comma in your code or one

slight variation in segmenting

your audience could send your

email to the wrong people

which can cause a lot of fuss

and lost money. The team at

nimblejack definitely strives to

reduce these risks.

As the experts in this field, every detail matters. It’s making the last ten percent of a project perfect that sets us apart.

I am impressed every day by the amount of detail and quality our team provides our clients. The level of QA that we take on every project, large or small, is something I have never seen before.

Skipping detail reflects poorly on everyone, ruining reputations and opportunities. Focusing on even the smallest detail is what makes something great, brings real value, and is a rare trait.

BE RESPECTFUL,

PERSONABLE AND

HUMBLE IN OUR

RELATIONSHIPS

3

We value great and timely communication with our clients

and everyone we encounter. With positive and professional

attitudes, we aim to set the bar high for integrity and ethics

in our industry. Be ready to demonstrate thought leadership

while being respectful, compassionate and friendly. In every

interaction, we’re mindful of our character. In the long run,

that’s how we build trust in all our relationships.

We may not

always agree,

but, respectful

communication

to one another

is vital. Work as

a team and put

the ego aside.

The golden rule still applies, even at nimblejack. Living this value increases satisfaction among our team members, partners and clients.

Our business is only as valuable as the relationships we build, which is why we’re mindful of our actions in every interaction.

Respect and humility go hand and hand in an environment of learning. nimblejack promotes this environment because we are all both experts and novices at the different aspects of our jobs. Respect and humility are the cornerstones to being good teachers, good students, and a team.

KEEP SPEED IN

MIND AND AIM

TO INCREASE

EFFICIENCY

4

We value a sense of urgency. To ourselves and our clients,

time is our most valuable commodity. We have to be fast

enough for the modern world and work towards making

it all go even faster. Every second counts, and we aim to

please. From hitting deadlines to learning new skills or

adopting new processes, everything is fast-paced. Quick

action and getting things done right in a timely manner

creates results.

We live in a world

that gets faster

every day and

an industry that

gets faster every

second. To be great

at what we do, we

have to lace up the

spikes and sprint.

At every opportunity, take note of repetitive tasks that might be consolidated out of the daily equation.

We have started our own knowledge base to pool our resources together and not miss any detail of creating the perfect email. Every day, projects at nimblejack take less time and tricky issues are getting solved even faster.

We work in a fast-paced environment. Learning to work quickly and efficiently (while maintaining attention to detail) is what sets our level of service above our competitors.

WATCH FOR

MOMENTS TO

AMAZE OUR

CLIENTS

5

We value going above and beyond what’s expected to

create a delighted client. We differentiate ourselves

through the ease of our working relationships. We strive

to be available, respond quickly and be consultative. Even

more importantly, we look for ways to show how much we

care. Through a willingness to help clients and go the extra

mile, we maintain and build stronger relationships.

We are passionate

about delivering

the best results

to impress our

clients. We believe

they should have

the best of what

we can offer.

We build solid relationships with clients by constantly communicating with them throughout campaigns, and by striving for perfection until everyone is beyond satisfied.

Look for ways to shine. If that means donning a figure skater outfit and flapping your arms like Prince, then do it. The nimblejack team’s knowledge and experience is always evident on our jobs. nimblejack goes above and beyond to provide best practices and consulting to each project to assure our clients get the best results from their projects.

CONTRIBUTE TO

OUR OVERALL

SUCCESS

6

We value team members that connect with and help

contribute to the bigger picture of what we’re trying to

achieve. We set individual egos aside, so that everyone can

take initiative to help our company grow. We are inspired by

and believe in our mission. Day in and day out, everything

we do has an impact on the future. Building our business is

a fun adventure, and we expect everyone to commit to our

success.

Every role is

important and

doing your job

to the best of

your ability helps

everyone be

successful.

We all play our part here at nimblejack but our roles are constantly evolving and adapting to meet the constantly changing business environment.

Observe and reflect on ways YOU can improve your company. Volunteer your time, stay keen on industry trends, become a thought leader, pick up after yourself.

We all have unique ideas and talents. We have to bring those to the table every day if we’re going to build something great and make the company successful.

LET OUR PASSION

SHINE AND

EMBRACE THE FUN

IN OUR WORK

7

We value having fun. We work hard and have to solve

complex challenges everyday, but that doesn’t mean we

need to be stuffy or boring. Our environment is casual

and friendly. Sometimes, it’s downright goofy. We embrace

that and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We love our

company, and our clients and partners. We’re passionate and

take pride in what we do, and we laugh and enjoy ourselves

while doing it.

Whether it’s pizza

parties or nerf gun

wars, we’re always

up for a good time!

Even though we work hard doesn’t mean we have to suffocate with boredom. Have fun in our environment and what we do; laugh and be goofy. It’s the best therapy for our minds and souls.

Starting each interaction with happiness and excitement while being able to laugh at ourselves. Sharing our various interests from music, food or incorporating a quick walk around the block to keep our upbeat attitudes.

After working in a career for 13 years that continually became worse and worse, I am so excited to work in a job that I’m extremely passionate for and for a company that I can’t stop telling my friends and family about.
