4.Unsafe condition on the lifting gear (chain sling) the hook latches were missing.

Monthly colour code inspection of the sling has not implemented.

5. Lack of information on the hazardous substance (Diesel Oil) used in carpentry area.
All hazardous substances which are pose a risk to workers health( i.e. skin and eye irritation, etc.) must have a manufacturers safety data sheets (MSDS) available to be used as a guide inconducting risk

8. Wearing of loose cloths and jewellery’s while using portable tools such as grinder.
