Course Overview

The Scripps Cancer Care Symposium is designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists, and other health care professionals dedicated to the field of hematology/oncology that prac-tice in settings across the continuum of care. During this two day conference, attendees will benefit from an intimate learning environment in which renowned faculty will present the latest in evidence-based oncology care and provide practical strategies and tools helping you to improve quality of life and outcomes for patients with cancer and their families. American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 11.5 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credit by the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Attendee Cancellation, Substitution, Refund

The course tuition is refundable, minus a $100 processing fee, if your cancellation is received in writing no later than September 28, 2015. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing by September 28, 2015. After this date, under no circum-stances will refunds, credits, or substitutions be granted. No refunds or credits will be given to “no shows.”

Scripps Conference Modification or Cancellation

Scripps reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary. Scripps also reserves the right to cancel this conference, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of Scripps cancellation.

Recording and Photography Clause
