Website Registration Instructions
You will need to register for access to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com in order to obtain secure access to the UnitedHealth Premium section of the UnitedHealthcareOnline.com. After you are registered for both, you will have access to assessment reports and other program resources.
Register for UnitedHealthcareOnline.com1 Go to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com.
2 Click on New User at the top right side of the screen.
3 Enter your tax identification number (TIN) listed in your assessment letter. If there is more than
one TIN listed, enter one of them.
4 If you are a physician, check the Performance Measurement Only box to expedite the process. 5 Enter your personal identification number (PIN) included in your assessment letter and the last
four digits of your Social Security Number.
6 Enter your contact information.
7 Indicate your notification preference (email is the default). 8 Create a unique User ID and password.
9 Select a security question.
10 Confirm your information, and click on the Delegation of Authority link at the top of the screen
Optum Cloud Registration
You may be redirected to register for the Optum Cloud after accessing UnitedHealthcareOnline.com. Optum Cloud Dashboard is a cloud-based website where UnitedHealthcare will add new features and functionality for physicians
and healthcare professionals. If you need assistance with registering for Optum Cloud please contact 855-819-5909 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: After you register for Optum Cloud you will need to click on the link on the Optum Cloud Dashboard to be redirected to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com to complete your registration. You may wish to bookmark the Optum Cloud website address because it will be your gateway to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com and other health applications.
Register for UnitedHealth Premium1 Log into UnitedHealthcareOnline.com
2 Click on the UnitedHealth Premium link at the top of the
screen and enter the PIN in your assessment letter.
3 Select Premium Profile & Preferences from the menu on
the left side of the screen.
4 Enter your Notification Preference (email is the default). 5 Click on the Delegation Preferences link at the bottom
of the screen if you want to allow others to access your Premium program information.
• If you have not logged in to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com in the last 90 days you will need to reset your password at UnitedHealthcareOnline.com > Help > Quick Reference > User ID and Password Management > Forgot User ID/ Forgot Password Quick Reference.
• If you have not logged in to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com for more than 6 months you will need to reactivate your User ID by calling the UnitedHealthcareOnline.com Help Desk at 866-842-3278.
Delegation of Authority for Physician and Group Assessment Reports
You may delegate authority at any time to others to review and manage your Premium program information. Please note that the person you wish to delegate needs to have a User ID for UnitedHealthcareOnline.com in order for you to select them as your delegate.
How to Select Delegates
1 Go to UnitedHealthcareOnline.com, click on the UnitedHealth Premium link at the top right. Then
click on Premium Profile & Preferences from the menu on the left side of the screen and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2 Enter or update your notification preference (email is the default).
3 Click on the Delegation Preferences link at the bottom of the screen to allow others to access your
Premium program information.
4 Enter User IDs of your delegates and click Search. If you don’t know your delegate’s User ID, use the
Advanced Search link to search by name or TIN for members of your practice.
5 Select the user you wish to delegate and choose Full Access to allow your delegates access to your
results and to act on your behalf when submitting reconsideration requests. Select Read Only to allow your delegates to have reading privileges only.
Practice Administrator’s access
to Group Reports
If you are a Practice Administrator, you may log onto
UnitedHealthcareOnline.com to view your group assessment reports. If you are not a registered user, please register following the registration instructions listed above.
If you have already registered on UnitedHealthcareOnline.com, log in and click on the UnitedHealth Premium link at the top of the screen.
1 Enter your PIN from your assessment letter at the bottom of the
page to access the group assessment reports.
2 Select Premium Profile & Preferences from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3 Enter or update your notification preference (email is the default). 4 Click on the Delegation Preferences link at the bottom
of the screen to allow others to access your Premium program information.
Troubleshooting: Browser Compatibility
If you have trouble viewing your reports, try changing to a different browser.
