NOTE: New referrals are taken from birth to date of 16th birthday. Young people who are ongoing patients of SCH are seen until they transition to an adult service - usually when they leave school and/or are 18 years old.

This document is a guide for professionals seeking information about the allied health clinics that are conducted at Sydney Children's Hospital and the relevant heads of department. Parents wishing to have their child seen at any of these clinics require a referral.
