This Policy outlines the HKDTA Tennis Credits Scheme (TCS).
There has been discussion within the committee since the 2019 AGM, to move away from making cash payments to committee members and other volunteers such as competition secretaries. This is to help ensure the long term financial health of the Association. The committee has subsequently approved and implemented a Tennis Credits Scheme policy to replace the Out of Pocket Expenses cash payment. The Tennis Credits Scheme policy document is included for members’ information and transparency.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The HKDTA Tennis Credits Scheme is open to all current individual members of HKDTA. Tennis credits are offered as recognition for the volunteering efforts of our members. 2. CLAIMING CREDITS

Reports
President
It has been another big 12 months at HKDTA, dominated obviously by the COVID-19 crisis, but with other big happenings also.
Fortunately we were only fully closed for around one week due to COVID-19, but for 3 months we were restricted in the activities we could offer, with our regular comps only starting up again in July. I’d like to thank all our members for their acceptance of the situation and their compliance with all the COVID-19 restrictions that we had to implement.
In particular I would like to thank Beate in the Office and Tim in the ProShop who adjusted their normal work routines to allow us to keep open during the worst of the COVID-19 experience, and Steve, Robyn and Matthew who filled in all the gaps for opening and closing the centre at Mills Park. Despite the impact of the COVID-19 restrictions it has been a strong year financially for the
Association. During April – June court hire boomed as both members who couldn’t play in comps switched to hiring courts, and new players took up or returned to tennis while other sporting activities were fully closed down. Income from casual court hire over that period was up 390%, but permanent court hire income was down by 63% over 2019. This was evident at both Mills Park and Berowra, with Berowra showing a much improved financial performance in 2020, with income going up by 21%. Most of our financial improvement though came before the COVID-19 period, due to the review of fees carried out last year and an ongoing commitment to controlling expenditures. I would also like to thank Hornsby Council for their waiving of rent for the April-June quarter; that has been a major contributor to our positive financial performance.
In April our Treasurer Mark Bloomer had to step down from that position. Mark made some major changes to our accounting processes while he held the office, was instrumental in negotiations with council around our lease as well as other contractor arrangements that came into effect during his tenure, and in the development of our Strategic Plan – thanks Mark for all that you did! Kevin O’Connell took over as Treasurer in early June and guided us through the end of the financial year. Kevin is unfortunately not able to take on the role permanently, so we need another member to step up to that role for 2021.
As a part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining our facilities we had 2 courts fully resurfaced this year. This was the first full resurfacing of courts in 15 years by HKDTA. Thanks again to Hornsby Council for assistance with the cost of this through their Tennis Capital Works program! Two more courts are scheduled to be resurfaced in 2021, and our Capital Works Program plans for at least 2 more courts each year after that until all surfaces at Mills Park and Berowra have been replaced.
Early this year we finalised our Strategic Plan for 2020-2030, which will guide us through the next ten years. This is a short, easy to read document that is available on our
website and provides an overview of the directions we are heading in. I encourage all members to read it, maybe there is a way that you could assist in achieving some of our aims!
After being cancelled due to COVID-19 in Term 2, our Friday Night Junior comp has been rebranded in Term 3 as the “Jordan Thompson Cup”. We are very appreciative that Jordan agreed to have this comp named after him, it provides our juniors with a fantastic role model who was a HKDTA junior, who still practices here at times and is a current top 100 male player in the world. Management of this comp has been shifted to Tim in the ProShop. Thanks to Lindy Enge who organised the comp for many years “BC” (Before Covid)!
A special mention must be made of the work that
Matthew Noone has done with our FaceBook
page. If you haven’t checked it out recently then you must! It is regularly updated with photos and video of activities at HKDTA, including some of the world’s top players and Australia’s top juniors training at Mills Park. The FaceBook page has become a major advertising point for HKDTA and is working well to promote our activities.
The community spirit of our club was very evident recently when we had many people turn up at a working bee to create the “Mai Donnelly Garden”
and to rejuvenate the front garden area. Thanks to all who attended that day!
The need to “deal with” the COVID-19 pandemic did mean that the Committee didn’t progress as much as we would have liked with a few of our objectives as outlined last year, but as we get back to normal we will hopefully be able to dedicate more time to them this year. These objectives include:
•
Reviewing our range of tennis “offerings” including competitions, social and special one-off events to ensure that we are providingHKDTA STRATEGIC PLAN 2020 – 2030 | 1 Hornsby Kuring-gai District Tennis Association STRATEGIC PLAN 2020-2030

appropriate options to our members and prospective members in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai community.
•
Reviewing our current situation and developing a plan for coaching services offered through HKDTA.•
Finalising a plan and strategy for a complete refurbishment of HKDTA facilities, from court surfaces through to change rooms, bathrooms etc.•
Continuing to build our relationships with Hornsby Council and Tennis NSW in particular, as well as our State and Federal local members, to ensure that we are working collaboratively toimprove our facilities and tennis programmes at Mills Park and Berowra.
A huge thank you to Robyn Flood who is stepping down as Secretary! Robyn has been fantastic for us in running the Committee, on top of everything else she does with Social Tennis co-ordination and other activities. Thankfully she has agreed to stay on as our Publicity/Promotions Officer for 2021-25. Overall I think that we have actually had a very good year with some major achievements despite the problems encountered, but there is always more for us to do!
Eddy Watson
Secretary
As Eddy mentioned in his President’s Report, I am stepping down from this role at the 2020 AGM. I’ve enjoyed my time as Secretary and have witnessed HKDTA go from strength to strength
under the stewardship of my fellow office bearers and committee members. The committee meetings have often been heated and intense but always respectful, and the committee is mindful that our mandate is to pursue the best outcomes for the association and its members in our governance role. It’s not all hard work though and there are some perks such as a free ticket to attend the ATP Cup in 2019 and access to the ‘all you can eat and drink’ Tennis NSW VIP room.
Representing HKDTA at the ATP Cup!
I would encourage every HKDTA member to consider taking a role on the committee at some point. It’s a great way to make an impact and serve the sport we all love to play.
We welcomed Stuart Hillier to the Committee during the year to fill a vacancy after a request for volunteers to join was circulated. The full Committee of HKDTA, as elected at the 2019 Annual General Meeting, has formally met 11 times throughout the year. The COVID-19 pandemic meant extra “mini” meetings were required to deal with particular issues, with some being held using Zoom or other technologies. Committee members and their attendance at meetings are listed at the bottom of this page.

Treasurer
My appointment in June as interim Treasurer of Hornsby Kuring-Gai District Tennis Association (HKDTA) was sudden, unexpected but an honour. In these extraordinary times HKDTA continues to innovate and change with the
constant environmental impacts of the day. While tennis competitions have been heavily impacted by the restrictions imposed from April by the Government, the tennis centre has been busy. The committee has navigated these times very well. Capital improvements to the centre are ongoing. Courts 5 and 6 have been fully resurfaced. Courts 9 and 10 will be the Committee’s next major project. The Committee has a successful submission with Hornsby Council to obtain additional grants to reduce the burden on the associations cashflow for these capital works and other projects. A long-term capital budget will be developed over the next 12 months to ascertain cashflow requirements of the association’s long-term goals to improve the tennis centre’s facilities.
Summary of Financial Results for the Year ending 30th June 2020
Net profit after depreciation was $98,346 on an Accrual Basis. This includes monies owed to the association at the 30th June 2020.
Key Operational findings
•
Operating Revenue $268K (compared to 239K in 2019)•
Total Expenses (including Depreciation) $224K (compared to 246K in 2019)•
Net Profit Before Extraordinary Income $44K (compared to -6K in 2019)•
Extraordinary/passive Income $54K (compared to 1k in 2019)•
Profit before Depreciation (EBITDA) $ 116K (compared to 12k in 2019)•
Cashflow improvement over 12 Months $23KHKDTA operated well through the COVID-19 lockdown period with casual court bookings accelerating from February to June 2020. The above results include all costs associated with the resurfacing of Courts 5 and 6.
Government stimulus measures and Local Government grants account for the increase in Extraordinary/passive income. While the association may be able to obtain additional funding for the 2020/21 financial year, this income should not be seen as guaranteed or available post 2020/21.
Some deferral or waiving of expenses from various entities over the past 6 months has also contributed to the solid result. The association is fully aware of maintaining a solid cash reserve and as of the 30th June 2020 has $85k in available cash.
In Summary
A fantastic financial result for the association. While government stimulus and grants have contributed to the success this year, the Association, without these funds, still made a cashflow profit of $23,381. The full effect of moving from Cash to Accruals accounting has also had a small financial impact this year. Ironically, the best result in over 3 years
for the association financially.
Kevin O’Connell
Berowra Tennis Centre
The automated court management system installed at Berowra in March 2019 has continued to record good increases in court usage over previous years. Court hire income for Berowra was up by 21% on the year before, despite having no permanent court hire income during the 3 months of COVID-19 restrictions. Online casual bookings totalled 3,063.5 hours for 2019/20, up from 1,826.5 in 2018/19. Court usage is still lower than at Mills Park though, with Berowra’s average income per court only 61% of that of Mills Park. The courts were given a professional clean in May to keep them in the best possible condition for play, and a working bee is planned for late September to revitalise other aspects of the centre.
A few incidents of vandalism unfortunately
occurred during the year, forcing us to install CCTV cameras to monitor the site 24/7.
It was great to see the Monday Morning Ladies comp get up and running recently, and our permanent court hirers have continued on, although with a break during the worst of COVID-19.

HKDTA has also updated their accounting system and is seeking to move away from handling cash payments. Our preferred payment is by bank
transfer as this reduces our administration work and makes it easier to balance the accounts each month. Thank you to our committee, competition
secretaries, coaches and Tim for their dedication and commitment. The last months have certainly been challenging, but everybody has put in a tremendous amount of extra work to get through this. Thank you also to all our members and players for their support and understanding.
HKDTA successfully hosted the 10/U and 14/U Tennis NSW Super Series in July/August and is in the planning for running our annual Schoolgirls Comp in term 4. The 2019 Schoolgirls competition consisted of 171 teams with 742 girls playing in 23 divisions at 30 different venues. Participating schools were Ascham, Barker, Brigidine, Kincoppal, Loreto
Normanhurst, Pymble Ladies College, Ravenswood, Monte, Roseville College, Kambala, SCEGGS, Loreto Kirribilli, Queenwood, St Catherine’s & Wenona. SCEGGS won the best overall school for 2019. It will be a challenge to run this comp with the COVID-19 restrictions but we are working with the schools to hold it in a “COVID Safe” manner.
Beate Seiler
Centre Manager &
Pro Shop
Caring for our centres and its people threw a few
unexpected curveballs this first 12 months. Early in my tenure we found the summer weather required me to
improve my forecasting and decision making skills. As a result, we have a solid understanding of how to deal
with weather events [real or expected]. 2020 arrived with strong momentum for the association. I felt we were on a roll to deliver a great year of tennis. COVID was an opportunity for us to change and adapt to our situation and environment quickly and sensibly. Whilst other centres threw in the towel, we found a way to deliver a much needed service to our members and the community safely and responsibly.
Thanks to everyone who adapted to the changes in a sensible and mature way. We are not yet through this “phase” and changes will continue to occur. It is evident we have a membership that can adapt and “stay the course”. Congrats and well done. Most other aspects of the manager’s report have been already well stated and I won’t repeat them. Thanks to my support crew – My beautiful wife and loving kids, the committee, competition secretaries, Beate and last but not least Stephen & the coaching team for making this one man band stretch across two centres and 363 days of tennis. Looking forward to an even better year ahead.
Pro Shop
Attempts to invigorate this aspect of our offerings has fallen shorter than planned this year. Christmas 2019 was my opportunity to review and plan for a big 2020. We commenced implementation in January but with COVID rapidly changing the retail landscape, I elected to halt further investment. At the time of writing, the window of opportunity for retail tennis appears to be regaining momentum with a strong start to the current financial year. This has allowed me to adapt my initial plans and re-build some of the momentum lost. I am looking forward to improving on the progress made last financial year.
The shop area is currently getting a mini make-over. We are working towards improving access to information, bookings, comp details etc. with a concierge/check in centre in the pro shop area as well an expansion of offerings for the pro shop. I personally want to thank Stephen for his support in this area the past 12 months. Re-stringing is a art and a skill, Stephen and his stringing team do a fantastic job of servicing the membership at a great price. Thanks.
I also want to mention the executive committee and Beate who have assisted and supported the pro shop over this past year. “Bootstrapping” a bricks and mortar retail business is impossible without the physical & mental support of the those who help facilitate its operations each day. Thanks. Lastly I want to thank all the customers who have supported the products and bought locally. We look forward to further improvements in the coming 12 months to serve you better.
The new “Open Court Sessions” proved popular, until COVID-19 brought it to a halt – next year it should be back bigger & better!

Social Tennis
It’s been another busy year for social tennis at Mills Park! We have enjoyed continued success in rebuilding our adult social tennis events, with over 20 players on many Wednesday nights. Social tennis continues on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with a core group of regular players plus many new faces, which is fantastic to see. We continue to promote our social tennis events on Facebook and WhatsApp, with plans to
broaden our reach with social media over 2020/21. From January to March we hosted “Open Court Sessions”, a Tennis Australia program which encourages players who are new to tennis or returning to tennis after a break, to a different, fun and social type of tennis. We ran 7 of these sessions, averaging 8.4 players per session. This successful program was cut short in April due to COVID-19, but we hope to resume Open Court Sessions next summer, with COVID-19 safe precautions.
Hornsby Kuring-Gai District Tennis Association 2019/20 Annual Report Sadly this year we have lost two of our HKDTA Life Members:
Mai Donnelly: – Mai was involved in our Association from the mid 1990s up until April last year, when she had to reduce her involvement to take more care of herself. Mai was also the Social Secretary for the NSW Hardcourt Association for many years. As a reflection of her commitment in a multitude of roles and the work she had done Mai was granted Life Membership of HKDTA in 2011, and in 2012 she was awarded a Certificate of Recognition from Tennis NSW for her voluntary activities. Mai initiated the annual HKDTA 24 Hour tennis event that raised thousands of dollars over the years for the childrens ward at Hornsby Hospital and Hornsby Women’s Refuge, organised trips for the club away to Forster, and ran our Sunday
afternoon and Wednesday evening Social Tennis for many years. She was also instrumental in HKDTA being awarded the Tennis NSW Metropolitan Club of the year in 2007. Mai passed away peacefully in her sleep on 14 August 2020.
Judith McCann: Judith was the Secretary from 1980-83, and again from 1988-91. She was also the first woman President of HKDTA, serving from 1993 to 1995. Judith loved the club that she had played with since she was a teenager in the late 40’s when her family were involved, she was known then as Judith Lumley. Her family had a tennis court in Grosvenor St Wahroonga and her parents were involved in the club as well. She met her husband to be Peter in 1950 when they played tennis together in the comp and were members of the “Young Tennis” set. They moved to Victoria for 3 years in the late 60’s and she rejoined the club in 1970 and was involved up until the late 90’s when Judith & Peter moved to Port Stephens. Judith established many long lasting friendships whilst involved with the club, friendships that lasted many many years and to this day, particularly with the ladies mid-week tennis. She also played weekend comp all those years as well. She was very active in both ladies mid-week and weekend comp and organised many, many activities, outings and get togethers for everyone involved in the club and the committee. Judith passed away on 17 March 2020.
We will miss them dearly, but remember with fondness the various contributions they have made to our sport and club.
We Remember
Coaches
Mills Park
From 26 March 2020, when the Australian Government announced the restrictions due to the COVID-19, Mills Park Tennis Centre was sent into uncharted waters with the daily running of the tennis
centre. In this time court hire and coaching have been steady and we have had some extra talent on display with Jordan, Ivana Popovic (WTA 355) and Lisa Mays (Texas Tech Scholarship) training at Mills during COVID-19.
I would like to thank the committee, Beate and Tim for their support and time to keep the centre up and running during this time.
Our coaching juniors had some noticeable success before the restrictions and are now back training at Mills Park:
Taylah Lawless:
Semi Finalist U 18/S Nationals December Championships
Nikita Volonski: Qualified and won a round in the Futures
Event in Mildura earning him an ATP World Ranking
Bojana Marinkov: Quarter Finalist at the U 18/s Nationals December Championships and currently on Scholarship at Texas Tech University in USA
Andre Filip: Quarter Finalist U14/s Nationals December Championships
Pavle Marinkov: Runner Up U14/s Nationals Doubles December Championships
Also congratulations to Aarush Sethupathi, Vesna Marinkov, Renee Alame, Rianna Alame and Chanel Awkar who train at Mills Park and have been selected for the NSW State Training Squads.

Competition Reports
Interdistrict
This year’s Interdistrict competition start was delayed due to Covid-19. HKDTA entered one veteran men’s team. Unfortunately the competition was cancelled after only one round of play due to a change in restrictions from the NSW Department of Health. This is the first time in some 90 years, apart from the war years, that the Interdistrict competition has not been run. Hardcourt NSW is looking forward to a renewed competition in 2021.
Berowra Monday Ladies
In June 2020, we commenced a ladies social competition at the Berowra Tennis Centre. We definitely bring true meaning to the phrase “hit and giggle”. If you are interested in playing, the format is three sets of doubles with partners set for the duration of the competition, which is currently 5 weeks. All new players are very welcome to join! It’s great to see a new group of players and we hope to have more competitions held at Berowra as we enter into warmer weather.
Melanie Seifert
Monday Ladies
Since the last AGM there have been many changes to the competition and our world, with thankfully, only a temporary disruption to our tennis.
Our Spring Competition started on 2nd September, 2019 and ended with the finals on 2nd December, 2019 between Nadal and Federer, with Nadal coming forth as the winner. Well done to both finalists!!
The competition at the end of the year always ends with a wonderful Christmas Party catered for by every member bringing a plate of food and/or wine to share amongst the team members. Lucky door prizes and special prizes are amongst the giveaways at the party. It has been a tradition of Monday Ladies for over 10 years and long may it continue.
Our format is under discussion and we have given out a survey to the women attending as to whether they would like to continue the 3 doubles, two person team format, or go back to 2 doubles and 1 singles format. The outcome is pending and will be finalised before the next competition starts.
All our Monday Morning Ladies are sending their condolences to Marc Donnelly and will always remember Mai Donnelly as a smiley face and tireless advocate for the essence and foundation of the Association with a commitment to be admired by all.
Theresa Johnson and Beate Seiler
Monday Night Mixed
Monday night mixed competition teams consist of two ladies and two men playing each week. All our teams are very consistent and strong, and this makes for an exciting night of tennis every week, played in a friendly, social atmosphere.
The Mixed Spring/Summer comp of 2019 consisted of 5 teams competing. We ran for 15 rounds, from September 2019 to February 2020. At the finals, Seeing Double defeated Ballistic.
Seeing Double were over excited after their win!
The current Mixed Autumn/Winter comp 2020 is a 10 round competition, which commenced on 2nd March with 4 teams competing. We had two round matches on 2nd and 9th March but the competition was then suspended during the lockdown period for COVID-19. We resumed playing on 20th July and will finish at the end of August, 2020.
My thanks to all the fantastic players who
participated in Monday Night Mixed Comp over the past year and who make Monday nights a great way to kick-start the week.
I would also like to give a special note of
appreciation for the ongoing assistance of Beate at HKDTA for her support, production of the draws and regular updating of weekly scores. Also thanks to Eddy and the committee and to Tim Brackenreg in the Proshop.

Monday Night Quick Mix is continuing to run and as with most comps the numbers ebb and flow. The players enjoy the quirky format and the continuity of play, especially during winter time. Most of us are home by 9:30 on Monday nights. Thank you to Desi Smith who has now taken over the role of competition secretary. The current comp started early 2020 but will end in a few weeks due to our Covid-19 delay.
Also thank you to all our players and enjoy the game.

Tuesday Night Comp
Tuesday Night Comp still leads the way for HKDTA in both terms of absolute numbers and the quality of the tennis being played. It is great to see an
increasing number of junior players moving into this comp. Currently we have 28 teams playing in 4 divisions, which means that we use every single HKDTA court available. If growth continues we will need to hire courts from other centres to accommodate more teams (which is a nice problem to have to deal with).
Two full comps were run during the year: In September 2019 the winners were: A1 – Kiss My Ace; A2 – Win Some, Lose Some; A3 – The Phantoms; B1 – Love Hurts; B2 – Cannonball. In February 2020 the winners were A1 – The
Sherrifs; A2 – Friends Since Kindy; B1 – Bravehearts; B2 – Buddha Munchies. The 3rd comp for the year has been delayed by both COVID-19 and regular Tuesday rain, and will finish late in September, with the next comp starting early October.

Wednesday Ladies
The Wednesday Ladies Comp is still running with 2 divisions, consisting of 10 teams. We have 5 teams and a bye in each division.
The 2019/20 Spring/Summer Comp started on 4/9/19 and finished on 11/3/20. In the finals we had Phoenix winning against Lucinda in Division 1 and Yellowglen winning against Westleigh in Division 2. The 2020 Autumn/Winter Comp started on 18/3/20 and had to be suspended after the first round due
to COVID-19. Luckily, we were able to commence this competition on 22/7/20 and it is scheduled to finish on 11 November 2020 (weather permitting). I would like to thank everyone for their support and help in the running of this competition. Also thank you so much to our committee, Tim and to all our wonderful ladies for your support and help in this difficult time.

Thursday Night Mixed
This comp provides some high quality Mixed Doubles, Ladies Doubles and Men’s Doubles matches every Thursday evening. With an 8 team division structure, each comp runs for 16 weeks with round matches and finals. Due to the COVID-19 interlude we only managed to get one full comp completed during the year, which was won by Sets in the City late in 2019. The current comp is due to finish in early October.

Friday Juniors
Our Juniors program at HKDTA is important. As a pillar of the HKDTA Strategic Plan, we are building a future for the Association by encouraging our juniors to learn & love tennis. “Friday Juniors” is just one aspect of this strategy.
It’s’ been a big twelve months for the junior
competition at Mills Park. A review of the program and mini trial run has seen a new format recently introduced. Now known as the Jordan Thompson Cup, four teams of juniors ages 6 and above play each week for points to add to the team’s tally that builds to the final week of term where the winners are announced. Individuals are recognised for participation and contribution to the team, with our orange ball players earning the same points as those playing our full court game.
TERM 3 2020
Cost:$100 per player(Active Kids vouchers are accepted)

Note 1: Summary of Significant Accounting Policies
This financial report is a special purpose financial report prepared in order to satisfy the financial reporting requirements of the Associations Incorporations Act of New South Wales. The committee has determined that the association is not a reporting entity.
The financial report has been prepared on an accruals basis and is based on historical costs and does not take into account changing money values or, except where specifically stated, current valuations of non-current assets.
The following significant accounting policies, which are consistent with the previous period unless otherwise stated, have been adopted in the preparation of this financial report.
(a) Income Tax
The association is solely a sporting club and is currently exempt from income tax.
(b) Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE)
Leasehold improvements and office equipment are carried at cost less, where applicable, any accumulated depreciation.
The depreciable amount of all PPE is depreciated over the useful lives of the assets to the association commencing from the time the asset is held ready for use.
Leasehold improvements are amortised over the shorter of either the unexpired period of the lease or the estimated useful lives of the improvements.
(c) Impairment of Assets
At the end of each reporting period, the entity reviews the carrying values of its tangible and intangible assets to determine whether there is any indication that those assets have been impaired. If such an indication exists, the recoverable amount of the asset, being the higher of the asset’s fair value less costs to sell and value in use, is compared to the asset’s carrying value. Any excess of the asset’s carrying value over its recoverable amount is expensed to the income statement.
(d) Cash and Cash Equivalents
Cash and cash equivalents include cash on hand, deposits held at call with banks, other short-term highly liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less.
(e) Revenue and Other Income
Revenue is measured at the value of the consideration received or receivable after taking into account any trade discounts and volume rebates allowed. For this purpose, deferred consideration is not discounted to present values when recognising revenue.

ABN 24 939 895 826Notes to the Financial Statements For the year ended 30 June 2020
____________________________________________________________________________________________
These notes should be read in conjunction with the attached financial statements.
Interest revenue is recognised using the effective interest rate method, which, for floating rate financial assets, is the rate inherent in the instrument. Dividend revenue is recognised when the right to receive a dividend has been established.
Grant and donation income is recognised when the entity obtains control over the funds, which is generally at the time of receipt.
All revenue is stated net of the amount of goods and services tax (GST).
(f) Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Revenues, expenses and assets are recognised net of the amount of GST, except where the amount of GST incurred is not recoverable from the Tax Office. In these circumstances, the GST is recognised as part of the cost of acquisition of the asset or as part of an item of the expense. Receivables and payables in the assets and liabilities statement are shown inclusive of GST.
