The organisations and venues included in this handout offer free or low cost internet access or provide courses to help people use computers and access the internet. As some venues are not open every day and some courses have eligibility criteria it is advisable to contact the relevant organisation beforehand for further details.

Staff: When signposting a customer to a provider, please give them the address, telephone number and any relevant details. It will be worthwhile to contact the organisation to check that the details have not changed. Some organisations are appointment only, some will only take referrals and some are for specific clients only. Please note: The information in this guide is publicly available and was correct at the time of printing. Newcastle City Council cannot guarantee the quality of service
