The Retrouvaille Program consists of a weekend experience combined with a series of 6-12 post-weekend sessions over 3 months. It provides the tools to help put your marriage in order again. The main emphasis of the program is on communication in marriage between husband and wife. Luncheon to Bene it Carmelite Monastery

The Auxiliary of the Carmelite Monastery in Georgetown, CA is hosting a bene it luncheon on

Saturday, September 28 at

St. Mel’s Parish in Fair Oaks. This Italian themed luncheon is from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm and will include a drawing for a beautiful quilt handmade by the Auxiliary, a silent auction and raf le prizes.

Online Retreat for Busy People

Spend the summer re lecting on

how to live a more balanced life full of grace and gratitude with our online retreats. You'll receive an email re lection every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.

Each email will have a re lection and chance to share with others in a supportive and encouraging environment. The program is easy to access and use.

The retreats are self-paced and last four weeks.

Charismatic Prayer Group

Charismatic Prayer is a wonderful way to join with others seeking to experience and share the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is a worldwide movement! Our St. Clare group meets on the

2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Saturdays every month at 7:00pm

The Knights’ Corner

Elections this Monday

We will be electing our new slate of Of icers for the 2019/2020 Columbian Year at our Monday,

June 24th Business Meeting. Please plan on joining us and let your voices be heard during the voting process. We are always on the lookout for new and existing members to bring in a new perspective to our Council. Is this you?

Our Business Meetings are every 4th Monday of the month.

We start with dinner at 6:00pm, a decade of the Rosary at 6:45pm and Business Meeting at 7:00pm. If you're interested in joining our council, please plan to join us for dinner this Monday or any 4th Monday. We're always happy to share our experiences with new parishioners.

Consolation Ministry

Do you suffer grief from a loss?

St Clare Church is a caring community that wants to help you journey through this dif icult time. We are here for you

when you struggle with pain from loss and we will journey with you towards healing and wholeness.

Respect Life Ministry

All are welcome to join in the exciting things happening at St. Clare to support the dignity of LIFE! Our meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at

Emergency Response Ministry

The next class for First Aid, CPR and AED training is scheduled for Tuesday, Jun. 25, 1:00-5:00pm in the St. Luke room. This course is appropriate for

irst-timers or those needing recerti ication and is sponsored by the American Heart Association.

Weekly Rosary

St. Clare Catholic Moms Ministry invites all to our Weekly Rosary on Wednesdays at 9:15am in the St. Clare room. Children are welcome to attend. Contact Lisa at (916) 297-7887 or Margaret at (916) 788-1026 for information.

Knitting and Prayer

Beginners or experts, are all welcome! We have supplies to get you started. We meet in the St. Francis room at 10:30am every Wednesday.

Social Concerns Ministry News

For the month of June, we are collecting instant noodle cups and men’s socks for our neighbors in need.

Thank you for the generous response to the

collection/drive this month. We have given the noodle soup packs to the pastor of a small church to give to the poor in her area and to WWJD (WWJD feeds and give clothes to the homeless in Roseville 3 times weekly). The socks have been given to the Gathering Inn and a homeless camp.

Please continue to help if you haven't done so yet.

Our annual Backpack & School Supply Drive starts July 1! More information in next week’s bulletin ...

Our next meeting is Thursday, July 11 at 6:30pm in the St. Francis room. Marie Leatherby will be here to talk about all the Sacramento Life Center does to save lives.
