OUR FOUNDATION
Established in 1990, Grace Hospital Foundation is a
not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing
patient care at Grace Hospital through the funding
of vital equipment and programs.
The Grace Hospital is a community hospital that has
supported the health care needs of Manitobans for
over 100 years.
The Grace is a 251-bed facility offering a full
spectrum of health care services. These
services include:

• Intensive Care
• Surgery
• Occupational Therapy
• Internal Medicine
• Mental Health Care
• Physiotherapy
• Respiratory Therapy
• Social Work Services
• Diagnostic Imaging
• Palliative Care
• Cancer Care
At Grace Hospital, we see the person first and
understand each person’s health care needs are
unique and special. We provide all care with hope,
healing and compassion.
WHA
T WE DO
Since our humble beginnings, we’ve raised funds for the following projects thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and donors:
• $2.5 million to build Grace Hospice • $700,000 to build the clinical
simulation lab in the Emergency Department
• $550,000 to upgrade the General
Operating Room Suites
• $500,000 to upgrade the Urology
Operating Room Suite
Every year, Grace Hospital Foundation provides $250,000 in funding for the Grace Hospital medical equipment “Wish List”, which includes items such as: “WOWs” (Workstations on Wheels), bladder scanners, lifts, pumps, and beds. These purchases help assure Grace Hospital has the most up-to-date
equipment and can provide the best care possible to our patients.
