Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 21st Annual Risk Management Conference. The Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange appreciate your support.

As a sponsor, your firm will be closely associated with a conference that has proven each year to be an important event in the futures and options industry. Over the last ten years, the conference has averaged approximately 275 institutional investment professionals. These professionals come from institutions such as foundations and endowments,

pension plans, corporations, commercial banks, hedge funds, insurance companies and mutual funds. Sponsorship will give your firm an opportunity to showcase its active participation in this financial commu-nity.

21st Annual Risk Management Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

General Conference Sponsorship (Unlimited)

As a general conference sponsor, you agree to pay a sponsorship fee of:

♦ $5,000 if you a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Board Options Exchange or Chicago Mercantile Exchange

♦ $6,000 if you are not a member of these exchanges

Following is a summary of the benefits that you will receive:

• Two complimentary registrations for your company representatives, plus

• Two complimentary registrations for institutional investor clients (cannot substitute for company repre-sentatives)

• Two pieces of company literature placed on general conference sponsor table

• Company logo with hyperlink to company website included on Risk Management Conference website

• Notice of company sponsorship included in all conference materials and pre-conference promotion (contingent upon timely confirmation of sponsorship)

• One-page profile of firm included in conference handbook (format will be provided)

• Company name included on signage at conference

• Pre- and post-conference attendee mailing lists

• Opportunity to have a six-foot skirted table in conference registration/educational session area for an additional $1,000.

This includes a tabletop display unit only, floor exhibits are not allowed.

Note: there are a maximum of 12 tables available, which will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

Media Sponsorship (Unlimited)

In exchange for placement of print and internet advertising for the Risk Management Conference, you will receive the following benefits:

• Two complimentary non-reporter registrations

• Publication placement/distribution opportunity at conference

• Publication logo with hyperlink to publication website included on Risk Management Conference website

• Notice of sponsorship included in all conference materials and pre-conference promotion (contingent upon timely confirmation of sponsorship)

• One-page profile of publication included in conference handbook (format will be provided)

• Publication name included on signage at conference

• Pre- and post-conference attendee mailing list

Event and Amenity Sponsorships

1. Registration Badge Lanyards - $2,500

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Imprinted logo on badge lanyards

• Notice of company sponsorship included in all conference materials, pre-conference notices, and company link on conference website (contingent upon timely confirmation of sponsorship)

2. Conference Bags - One opportunity available at no charge

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Sponsor provides canvas bags imprinted with company name/logo

• Notice of sponsorship included in onsite conference materials (contingent upon timely confirmation of sponsorship)

3. RMC Room Deliveries - $1,000 each (Unlimited)

Delivery of one item, which can be a “give-away” or one piece of literature

4. Sunday Afternoon Coffee Service - $1,000

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Prominently displayed signage at coffee service giving notice of company sponsorship

• Notice of sponsorship included in onsite conference materials

• Opportunity to distribute your company branded “give-away”

5. RMC Welcome Reception – Sunday, March 6, 2005

RMC Welcome Reception sponsorships are also available as a package for $17,000.

“Essence of the Southwest” - $15,000

“Essence of the Southwest” themed event includes beverage and food stations focusing on the unique aspects of southwestern food and culture.

In addition to General Conference Sponsorship benefits, other benefits include:

• Three additional complimentary registrations for your company representatives, for a total of five

• Six additional complimentary registrations for institutional investor clients (cannot substitute for firm representatives), for a total of eight

• Six-foot skirted table in conference registration/educational session area

• Breakfasts will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis

7. Monday Seated Luncheon - $10,000

In addition to General Conference Sponsorship benefits, other benefits include:

9. Golf Tournament Sponsorships – Tuesday, March 8, 2005

Golf events are also available as a package for $22,000. Tournament - $15,000

9c. Hole-In-One Competition - $3,000

• Sponsorship of $25,000 cash prize for a hole-in-one on a par 3

RMC Party events are also available as a package for $30,000.

Jazz in the Desert Party - $20,000

The Jazz in the Desert party will include food and beverages with a sophisticated flavor.

In addition to General Conference Sponsorship benefits, other benefits include:

Terms and Conditions

1. Application and payment must be received in order for your company name and logo to be included in any Risk Management Conference promotion.

2. Payment can made by check, credit card, or authorization to debit company account at the Options Clearing Corporation.

3. To ensure that you get the most benefit from your Conference sponsorship, please take note of the following promotions and deadlines:
