Accompanied – the AT-Mobility Consultant acts as the advocate for the

Transferee / Client; accompanies the Transferee to all viewings; supports Transferee through lease negotiation and move-in inspections.

Unaccompanied (Coordinated) – The AT-Mobility Consultant

coordinates the service, reviewing and short-listing the

properties; but does not accompany the Transferee during the home viewings.

Realtor Referral Only – The AT-Mobility Consultant refers a

professional realtor to the Transferee for their own action and follow-up.
