Looking up Classes
Back to the top Did you know you do not have to log in to Eagle Online to look up classes? It is actually a good idea to look up classes before you log on and see which classes you would like. 1. Go to the Eagle Online Link in the Quicklinks Menu on the TTU Home.2. Click on Registration, Grades, Student Services, Bill Payment, Financial Aid Information 3. Click on Class Schedule. 4. Choose the term for which you want to search. 5. Choose the criteria by which you would like to look up classes. You do not have to fill in all of the fields, only the ones you wish to filter by. Click on Class Search. * Helpful Tip: If you wish to search for a Marketing Course, you don't have to use the scroll bar on the left
take you to the courses that begin with "M". This shortcut keeps you from scrolling forever. 6. The criteria you have chosen will now display. For example, if you have chosen to search for All Accounting classes, they will all show. If you have searched for Accounting 2110, all of the Accounting 2110 classes will show. If you have searched for all Accounting 2110 classes that meet on Tuesday, those are the only classes that will show.
Logging in to Eagle Online
Back to the top 1. Go to the Eagle Online Link in the Quicklinks Menu on the TTU Home. 2. Click on Registration, Grades, Student Services, Bill Payment, Financial Aid Information3. Click on Enter Secure Banner Web Self‐Service 4. Enter your T# and your PIN. (T#########) NOTE: Your initial first time PIN is your Date Of Birth. (MMDDYY) 5. Change your initial PIN. TIP: You should not use all "9's" and you cannot reuse your date of birth. This is now your new PIN. You will no longer use your birthday as your log in PIN.
6. Set up your Security Question. Remember your answer is case sensitive. You are now logged in to Eagle Online. FORGOT YOUR PIN? The first time you log in, you will be asked to set up a security question. You will need to know the answer to that question to gain access to your student record if you forget your PIN. Once you are in, you may reset your PIN. NOTE: You will be logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity for security reasons. Tip: Do not use the Browser's Back button. Use the Return to Menu link at the top of your page.
Class Registration in Eagle Online
Back to the top1. Log in to Eagle Online 2. Click on the Student Link or the Student Tab. 3. Click on Registration. 4. See your advisor to get your Alternate PIN and registration appointment time. 5. On the Registration Menu, you have several options. Let's look closely at two options: Add or Drop Classes and Look Up Classes.
*Add or Drop Classes:
1. You will be asked to choose a term. *If you attempt to register before your appointment time, you will receive this error. If it is at or after your designated registration appointment time, you may register for classes. 2. Enter your Alternate PIN. You must enter this PIN each time you add or drop classes. This is a 6 digit registration code you will receive from your advisor. This code changes each semester.

Back to the top1. When you first log into Eagle Online during your first semester at TTU, you will be informed of the state health requirements for postsecondary institutions. This is in the Registration Menu. *If you are over 18, you will be asked to select one of the two statements in reference to the Hepatitis B vaccine and two statements in reference to the Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccine.
*If you are under 18, you will not be allowed to register without the signed waiver by your guardian. Please give this information to Campus Health Services (931‐372‐3320) or Healthservices@tntech.edu. 3. You will now see your registration Worksheet. You can type in the 5 digit CRN of the classes for which you would like to register. You can enter up to 10 CRN's on this worksheet. 4. To Add the classes to your schedule, click Submit Changes. To Look up CRN's for courses, Click on Class Search (this takes you to the Look Up Classes Link). To clear your worksheet, Click on Reset. 5. Choose the criteria by which you would like to look up classes. You do not have to fill in all of the fields, only the ones you wish to filter by. Click on Class Search. * Helpful Tip: If you wish to search for a Marketing Course, you don't have to use the scroll bar on the left of the subject box. You can put your cursor in the box and hit the letter "M" on your keyboard. That will take you to the courses that begin with "M". This shortcut keeps you from scrolling forever.
6. The criteria you have chosen will now display. For example, if you have chosen to search for All Accounting classes, they will all show. If you have searched for Accounting 2110, all of the Accounting 2110 classes will show. If you have searched for all Accounting 2110 classes that meet on Tuesday, those are the only classes that will show. * If you see a "C" where the select box should be, this means this is a closed class. 7. If you would like to register for it at this time, click Register. If you would like to add a class to your Registration Worksheet, simply check the box to the left of the blue CRN and Click Add to Worksheet. If you would like to perform another class search, click Class Search.
8. Once you Submit Changes to your schedule, you will then see which classes were added to your schedule. This is where you will see any registration errors that may occur. 9. The courses listed on your Current Schedule are the classes for which you have successfully registered. If you have received Registration Add Errors, please see the Registration Errors listing to see what the problem is.
View Student Schedule
Back to the top 1. Upon completion of registration, you can check your detailed schedule by going to the Student link or tab and clicking on the Registration Link. 2. Click on Student Detail Schedule or Week at a Glance to view or print your schedule. This is available at any time.*Week at a Glance: *Student Detail Schedule:
View Registration Appointment Time
Back to the topYou may view your Registration Time. 1. Click on the Student Link or Student Tab. 2. Click on Registration. 3. Click on View Advisor, PO Box Combo and Registration Appointment Time. 4. You will then see the requested information. NOTE: You will not be able to view your ALternate PIN until after you register for courses, so you still must go see your academic advisor. After you register, it is then available to you. This is so you do not have to call your advisor or the Registration Center if you forget your Alternate PIN. If you forget or lose it before registering, you will need to contact your advisor or the Registration Center.
Financial Aid Options

To Check Financial Aid Status
Back to the top1. Click on the Financial Aid link or Tab. 2. Click on Financial Aid Status to view your award status. 3. Use the pull down menu to select the Aid Year you would like to view. 4. This page gives an overview of your estimated cost of attendance, your financial aid award, your academic progress and allows the opportunity to view your financial aid history.

Back to the top1. Click on the Financial Aid link or Tab. 2. Click on Eligibility to view your account Holds, any student requirements and related messages, and to review you Academic Progress.
To View and Accept your Financial Aid Award
Back to the top1. Click on the Financial Aid link or Tab. 2. Click on Award. 3. Click on Award for Aid Year. Notice there are three tabs across the top of the window: General Information, Award Overview, and Accept Award Offer. 4. Award Overview Tab tells you how much financial aid is offered to you for the Award Year.
5. Accept Award Offer Tab allows you to accept your financial aid award.

Click on the Financial Aid link or Tab. 2. Click on the General Financial Aid link to view Financial Aid applications and Information Links.

1. Click on the Student Link or Tab. 2. Click on Student Account. 3. Click on Account Detail for Term/Confirm Enrollment/Credit Card Payment 4. Choose a Term if necessary from the pull down menu. 5. You will then see your account charges and status. 6. To confirm your registration, click on Yes, I will attend. 7. Click Continue to go to a secure site where you can view your bill, make payments, and review refunds. (epay@tntech.edu)
9. Click on Pay to input your credit card information. Click Continue once you have entered your payment information. 10. Continue through this process until you receive your payment confirmation from the credit card. 11. Continue until you get a Student Confirmation Number. Your enrollment is NOT complete until you receive this Student Confirmation Number. If your enrollment is not confirmed, your schedule will be purged.
