ORDERING DETAILS

ORDERING NOTICE:

We request a 48hr notice for ordering. Our food is prepared fresh daily and delivered to you in a professional and timely manner.

SERVICE AREA:

We serve the Metro-Atlanta and the outlying areas. We also serve Athens, GA. area. Delivery is available Monday through Friday and also available Saturday and Sunday for special events.

Delivery charges are based upon size of the order and location.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

►Drop-off Catering: In order to guarantee services, a 50% deposit is required for all drop-off orders . Balance will be due upon delivery.

►Full Service Catering: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time. The final balance shall be paid 7 business days prior to event.

GUARANTEES FOR SPECIAL AND PRIVATE EVENTS:

Guaranteed guest count is requires 7 business days prior to the Event. Once headcount is confirmed no changes can be made.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

All orders include disposable plates, napkins, flatware, cups and ice. Dinnerware upgrades are available.

PRESENTATION:

►Drop-off Catering: Hot food items will be present in foil pans with wire rack and burner. Cold food items will be present on a black plastic platter and/or bowl.

►Full Service Catering: Food will be presented in stainless steel chaffers, ceramic platters/bowls,glass elements with buffet table linens, table décor and soft candles.

CANCELLATION:

A 25% cancellation fee will be assessed for any orders cancelled less than 72 hours for drop-off orders and 30 days for Special and Private Events (full service)..
