Saint Jude Adult Faith Formation is gearing up for our fall season! Watch for: Our Bible Study program meets on the 4th Sunday of the month, at 10:30 a.m. in the Parish Center. This fall we will be discussing the Book of Revelations, starting on Sunday, th September 29 from 10:30 to noon in the Parish Center. On 4 Thursday evenings in October, we will review "Thomas Merton: A spiritual Guide for the Twenty-First Century" More information on these programs will be coming soon!. Hospitality This year’s training session will be held in the church on th Wednesday, September 18 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Community service hours will be earned for all Hospitality Teen members. All Confirmation I & II candidates interested in participating are required to attend this training session. Parents / guardians are invited to attend as well. Please Note: We need Parents to serve as Team Captains.. The Community Outreach committee would like to thank all who overwhelmingly contributed to our request for religious articles. Your generosity will help us evangelize to the less fortunate. As announced in the Catholic newspaper, we will be going to the Cathedral instead of a small park in the city, this is one of three to four places where the food and clothing are given out. The other locations are Crossroads, Harrington Hall and Emmanuel House, all homeless shelters. Thank you St. Jude’s parishioners for taking part in a great cause and for answering God’s call. Eucharistic Adoration for Vocations Weekly Eucharistic Adoration for Vocations to the priesthood in the Diocese of Providence begins on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Seminary of Our Lady of Providence, 485 Mt.
