What is SIP Trunking?

Our SIP Trunking solution will connect your site

directly into our partner’s telecom network via

an IP connection to carry and terminate your

inbound and outbound voice calls across the

public telephone network.

alternative to ISDN for carrying your inbound

and outbound call traffic. Operating with all

major IP PBX brands, you can invest with

confidence knowing that your PBX hardware

will operate with the network service.

How does it work?

Our SIP Trunking service connects your PBX to our partner’s network enabling your services to reach the public service telephone network. Connection from your site or sites is via an IP connection and delivers an availability guarantee, voice channel guarantees and voice quality of service assurances.

Our SIP trunking services, delivered via our partners have been conformance tested with all of the UK’s IP PB

manufacturers. Should you be investing in SIP services and a replacement telephone system concurrently, we have developed a preference for Mitel systems, due to their flexibility and robustness but we also supply Avaya, Shoretel and NEC systems. Remember though, your SIP services will work with all the main IP PBX vendors.

Should one site go down, your inbound and outbound calls can automatically be rerouted to the second site in an instant and without any prohibitive call forwarding charges. With this set up, you can also share the load on inbound calls to two or more sites. Alternatively, you may wish to use your existing ISDN line as a back up.

inbound calls to any destination by redirecting calls to your number of choice through our secure online portal.
