Subsea

In subsea hydrocarbon field development, Technip’s activities include the design, manufacture and installation of rigid and flexible subsea pipelines and umbilicals.

Thanks to our portfolio of technologies, industrial and operational assets on all

continents and a state-of-the art fleet, we offer a unique vertically integrated model in the industry.

Offshore

In the Offshore business, our activities include engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and installation of fixed and floating platforms.

We use a complete range of technological solutions to answer the challenges faced by our clients. We are leveraging our expertise in full-range of offshore facilities, as well as our strong know-how with added-value process skills and proprietary platform design.

Onshore

In the Onshore business, we deliver to our clients all the experience we have acquired for almost 60 years, combined with a large technology solutions portfolio. We are working on onshore facilities that the energy sector needs, in particular for oil and gas industry players. Technip is one of the global leaders for the refining business and petrochemical units. We also reinforced our position on project management consultancy (PMC) activities, by leveraging our expertise in the management of complex projects.

Our Middle East Headquarters in Abu Dhabi

Based in Abu Dhabi, Technip’s Middle East Headquarters is

located in two buildings, the Technip Tower on Sheikh

Sultan bin Zayed First and Dhafeer Street and the Al

Bustan office complex on Rabdan Street, accommodate all

our staff and client project teams.

2001 – ADNOC: Onshore Gas Development in Abu Dhabi - Process natural gas coming from Thammama C & D fields 1995 – ADNOC: Onshore Gas Development in Abu Dhabi - Integration of 3 major onshore gas resources 1984 – Technip in the Middle East established to provide Technical Assistance, PMc and EPC services for the Oil&Gas industry in the Region.

Onshore Gas Development

2006 - ADCO: NEB - Enhance crude oil production at the Rumaitha/ Shanayel fields and the Al-Dabbiya field to 110,000 bpd. 2009 - SABIC: Plant with a production capacity of 1300 KTA of ethylene and 400KTA of propylene 2007- QP: Oryx GTL, the world’s largest and most technologically advanced. Also the first GTL project set up in the Middle East. 2008 – Qatargas Qatargas II Onshore followed by Qatargas III, IV, and Rasgas LNG trains 2009 - SATORP: EPC for Jubail Export Refinery Project

2010-Transco: Fujairah Water Transmission system- Phase 2 Increase system capacity from 100 MIGD up to 230 MIGD 2012 - KEMYA : Halobutyl Project; New Facility to produce high grade bromobutyl rubber using a proprietary technology. 2014– GASCO: ASAB 3 project to support future increased oil production from ASAB, Sahil, and Shah Oil fields and accommodate 150 mmscfd of additional gas at ASAB facilities - EPC 2013 – Dubai Petroleum Establishment: 12”, 18”, and 30” Pipelines Replacement at Falah, Fateh, and South West Fateh Fields - EPC 2014– ADCO: Concept & FEED Services for NEB III Development (from Al Dabbiya and Rumaitha/ Shanayel fields to increase overall sustainable production to 230KBOPD

Upper Zakum 750K Project (EPC1) - ZADCO - EPC

240 kilometers of subsea pipelines ranging from 6” to 42”, 128 kilometers of subsea composite and fiber-optic cables, and nearly 30,000 tonnes of offshore structures (jackets, riser platforms, flare towers and bridges), including approximately 3,000 tons of islands modules and bridges.

Satah full field development- ZADCO - EPC

Enhance oil production of the Satah field (25,000 BOPD) by reducing back pressure on the well and improving wellhead flow pressure by applying gas injection. Project comprises of offshore brownfield works on existing Wellhead Platforms and Production Manifold Platform, modifications and installation of new facilities at the Onshore Satah plant on Zirku Island

■ Al Dhafra + Al Yasat Offshore Field Development - SELECT for FFD + FEED for Bu Haseer EPS

Develop the offshore fields and design the required surface facilities to achieve oil production plateau

Umm Lulu Package 2 Project - ADMA-OPCO - EPC

A large offshore super complex comprising of six bridge linked platforms including gathering, separation gas treatment and water disposal facilities, utilities and accommodation modules using floatover method developed by Technip.

FMB - Qatar Petroleum - EPC

An offshore project comprising a living quarter platform and utility platform using the floatover technology.

Additional Gas Supply to Onshore & Flexibility Assurance at USSC - ADMA-OPCO - EPC

Additional 200mmscfd gas at USSC by increasing total take-off level of US Khuff to 1600 mmscfd, Debottlenecking of certain facilities in USSC to provide operational flexibility and improvement in availability of HP Gas Supply.

Al Dabbiya ASR Gas Development Project - ADCO - FEED

Production of 220 MMSCFD non associated gas reservoirs. Onshore and offshore clusters involving new Artificial Island, Gathering Network, Central Processing Facilities and Export Pipelines.

Modernization Program (BMP) - BAPCO - FEED

The project aims at enhancing the refinery configuration, by increasing the throughput from 267,000 to 360,000 barrel per day as well as improving the product slate and profitability.

NGL Train 1 Project at Al Ratawi - Basra Gas Company - FEED

First of the new greenfield associated gas processing facilities to minimize gas flaring in Iraq - an NGL train with nominal feed gas capacity of 530 MMSCFD. The standalone facilities will produce liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), NGL and condensate for domestic markets.

Sulphur Recovery Unit Modification Project - BAPCO - EPC

The intent of this project is to make #3SRU plant capable of processing both amine acid gas SWS off gas, in order to ensure that it is a viable spare for #4SRU. There are also reliability issues with the existing Reaction furnace/Waste Heat Boiler in #3SRU.
