1. Establishment of an intermodal public industrial and logistical area
It is necessary to establish a 160ha industrial and logistical park in the area of Fényeslitke – Komoró in favor of the realization of the specific investor intentions
(24 MILLION EURO)
Goals of the project:
• Construction of wide-gauge and standard
European-gauge railway tracks until the border of the site
• Drinking water and municipal sewage network • Establishment of facilities to remove surface
water
• Establishment of telecommunications network • Construction of electricity and gas network
Industrial site
Actual stage of the project:
• The proprietary rights of the
RFH co. ltd. is registered
• The public procurement
procedure of the construction of municipal water supply
facilities, internal transport infrastructure and electricity is closed
Execution deadline: 29th August 2010
• The selection of the rail
infrastructure building contractor is in progress
Fullfilment deadline: 31st May 2010
