A. My name is Tom A. Loski. I am Director of Regulatory Affairs.

A. I have been in that position since January 2004.

A. I have held several senior manager positions in various departments during the 25 years I have been with the Company, including roles in Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Operations, Industrial Marketing, Gas Supply and Rate Design.

Q1. Please state your name, the organization you are employed by and your present position.

A. My name is Anne Falcon. I am employed by EES Consulting, Inc. I am presently in the position of, Managing Director of Economics and Rates.

Q2. How long have you held this position?

A. I have been in this position for approximately 6 months.

Q3. What were your previous positions with EES Consulting, Inc.?

A. From 1993 through 1998 I held the position of Project Manager, and from 1998 to 2006 I held the position of Senior Project Manager. For the last six months of 2006, I held the position Acting Managing Director of Economics and Rates.

Q4. What positions did you hold prior to joining EES Consulting, Inc. and with whom?

A. From 1989 through 1992 I held the position of analyst with the City of Palo Alto Resource Planning Department.

Q5. What are your professional qualifications?

A. I have a Masters Degree in Operations Research from Stanford University and a Bachelor degree from University of San Francisco in Economics.

A. I reviewed the BC Hydro RDA and prepared testimony and IR responses for this application related to cost allocation.

A. Starting in 1988 I held positions with increasing responsibility ranging from Senior Analyst to Vice President with EES Consulting.
