INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT*
Gamification refers to the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to encourage users to behave in a certain way. Gamifiaction aims to make processes more engaging through the encouragement of desired behaviours, taking advantage of human beings’ psychological predisposition for playing games (adapted from: Wikipedia).

* In December, the Chilean Association of Exporters of Manufactured Goods (Asexma A.G.) awarded the prize for “Technological Development and Loyal Business Competence" to Momento Cero S.A. during the 2013 Asexma Annual Meeting. The Plan The Adventure of Enterprise game, received seed capital funding from InnovaChile Corfo in 2008. The game's development led to the 2011 National Interschool Enterprise Tournament (Chile), which was awarded the "2012 SME Prize” by Chilean President Sebastián Piñera and Economy, Development and Tourism Minister Pablo Longueira.
