This powerful, time-saving online management tool allows you to set card limits and restrictions, keep track of card activity in real time, view statements online, and create and download custom reports.

Transaction Controls

Using eTRAC™, you can create and set multiple card policies that will give you complete control over your fleet by allowing you to set purchase limits and restrictions by:

• product categories • network • dollar value • specific cards • time of day • volume amount • day of week

For example, you can create a policy for weekday drivers, whereby their cards will only work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, and will only allow them to purchase diesel and windshield washer fluid to a maximum of $200 per day. The optional driver validation prompts can add a level of security to the use of your cards.

Pricing

The Shell TRITON®_{card has no monthly or annual fees. TRITON customers receive}

an industry-competitive cents-per-litre discount off the pump price.1

Invoicing and Payment Terms

The Shell TRITON card offers monthly invoicing with payment term of 25 days. Shorter billing and payment terms are available. Statements can be mailed, faxed, emailed or retrieved online.

For payment, you can choose between the fast and convenient pre-authorized debit, electronic funds transfer, online banking, cheque, or at your local bank.
