In 2006, Nebraska Christian College strategically relocated its campus to southwest
Omaha. Though still in Nebraska, our eyes are reaching much farther these days,
sending more church leaders than we ever have to the ends of the earth.
DREW SCATES
2012 GRADUATE AND WORSHIP LEADER AT CALVARY CHRISTIAN CHURCH
Because of Nebraska Christian College’s impact, there are
Senior Pastors, Worship Leaders, Student Pastors, Missionaries and
Church Leaders of every kind doing His work throughout
the Great Plains - reaching from Colorado Springs to Louisville,
from New Hampshire to Nepal. On any given weekend there are over
37,000 people being served
the
need
continues
The impact of church on the U.S. continues to decline. Fewer
millennials are interested in Christianity, Jesus, and church than
any other generation in our history. The last birth year of the
millennials was 1996. Who will reach the millennials and the
generations after millennials? Who will train church leaders to
lead these people back to Christ, back to discipleship, and
back to church?

PROFESSOR DAVID HAYNES AND JOEY NORTON
2012 GRADUATE SERVING IN LITTLE SIOUX, IOWA
“Degree completion alone will not stem the tide of this societal secularization. We need
a new group of church leaders, trained by the brightest academic minds and by the best
practitioners, who will see the harvest and have compassion on this generation.
Everything rises and falls on leadership, and this is our day to create a legacy that will
never be forgotten.”

You’ll be
surprised
that some of the best practitioners and theorists are teaching in a small
incubator where church leaders are being molded, shaped, and grown. You’ll learn history,
language, context, theology, and doctrine.
You will be in communities with ministry professionals from the
fastest growing
church-es,
as well as with dynamic leaders from small towns that are reaching people and changing
their communities.
We are a school that wants to place 2,500 church leaders in
25% of america’s growing
churches
over the next two decades, and we have a plan to do just that. We believe you
could be one of them. You can make an impact on the world for eternity. Nebraska Christian
College will equip you better than other options for Church Leadership.
The trendline of Christianity in America is not good. There must be a
new wave of
leader-ship
that is inspired, challenged, and readied to lead in creative and changing ways to meet
the challenges that the local church is facing.
It is true that we need Christian leaders in fields like business, medicine, politics, and law - but
it is even more true that we need a new wave of leaders for the future church.
nebraska
Christian College is the place creating those church leaders.
