摘 要

21 世纪企业竞争进入全球化、快速化、复杂化的时代,传统企业依靠“一 招鲜,吃遍天”的做法已经无法适应当今的市场环境。企业生存与发展需要不 断创新,或做深做透传统业务,或不断拓展新业务。特别对于上市公司,拓展 新业务是其保持成长性、打开企业发展空间的最重要路径。在实践过程中,如 何拓展好新业务?不同行业不同企业看法和做法不一,其中不乏成功的案例, 也有无数失败的教训。而新业务拓展有哪些特点与规律,是否可以找到一种较 好的新业务拓展模式并加以总结、复制和分享?这些问题既是许多企业都关心 和关注的热点,也值得管理理论界研究和探讨。 现代项目管理理论已发展成为成熟的学科,项目团队在项目管理中具有关 键性作用,本文作者在归纳总结前人在相关领域的研究基础上,分析新业务拓 展的特点和主要的四种模式,剖析新业务拓展与项目团队之间的内在联系和有 机结合,提出了依托项目团队的新业务拓展模式,梳理和总结了该模式成功的 五大关键因素,并分析了该模式的适应性条件,概括出高效的新业务项目团队 的主要特点。 A 公司是中国环保产业的骨干企业和上市公司,其 Y 业务项目团队在组建 7 年时间内取得突出成效,收入增长 30 余倍,工程业绩全球领先。本文通过对其 实践进行总结和提炼,对依托项目团队的新业务拓展模式进行验证,希望对相 似行业或企业的新业务拓展有所启迪。本研究过程应用了理论分析、案例分析 以及理论结合实际分析等方法。 关键词:新业务拓展,项目团队模式,关键因素

Abstract

Nowadays in the 21st century, enterprise competition has entered an area of globalization, high velocity and complication. The ‘one solution for all situations’ way of traditional enterprise is no longer suitable for present market environment. To survive and develop, enterprises need to make further efforts on traditional business or continuously explore new business. Especially for public company, new business development is the most important way to keep its growing vitality and to open up development space. In practice process, how does enterprise develop new business well? For this question, different enterprises have different answers, among which there were successful cases as well as failed experiences. It is wondered what kinds of features and rules are there about new business development and whether a good mode of new business development could be found, summarized, copied and shared? These questions are hot issues paid attention by lots of enterprises and worth researching and discussion by management theory circle.

Modern project management theory has become a mature subject and project team has a key function in project management. Base on former researches of relevant fields, this paper analyzes the features and four modes of new business development, analyzes the internal connection and reasonable bond between project team and new business development, raises the new business development mode based on project team, summarizes the five key factors of the success of the mode, analyzes the adaptation conditions of this mode and generalize main features of high efficient new business project team.

Company A is the leading enterprise of Chinese environmental protection industry as well as a public company. Its new business project team Y has gained outstanding achievement with more than 30 times of sales growth and leading project performance around the world. This paper testifies the new business development mode based on project team and hopefully could provide some enlightenment of new business development for similar industries and enterprises. Theoretical analysis, case analysis and analysis bonding theory and practices are used in the research process.
