School of Environment
We have been a team of social and environment activists working in the eld of Nature Conservation and Environment Activism in Khandesh region of Maharashtra since 2005 by giving special emphasis on Environment Education, Public Awakening and Training, Forest and Tiger Conservation as well as Movements and Activism.
We run a School of Environment and Nature Conservation in a very innovative and unconventional manner. This is an informal kind of school, which conducts eld-based projects and environmental education. For sensitizing people, awakening activities have been conducted by organizing workshops, seminars, training programmes, Vasundhara Film Festival, Tiger Conference, Bio-diversity Conservation, Wildlife Festival, Paryavaran Sahitya Sanmelan etc in the School of Environment. The environment activism and movement are also a key area of the work of the school of environment. The School of Environment is run by 'Samarpan Sanstha', which is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860, reg. No.MAH / 7103 / JAL & Mumbai Public Charitable Trust Act-1950, Reg. No. F- 6266, Jalgaon.
