Entec International Ltd manages complex supply chains for some of the

world’s largest manufacturers in over 70 different countries; specialising

in difficult to reach markets globally.

The company’s core markets include food and beverage production and packaging, pharmaceuticals and agriculture. In addition Entec International have developed tailored procurement solutions for oil and gas, cement production and clothing markets. Utilising their unique service model, Entec reduces its client’s direct and indirect expenditure across the MRO category in 3 simple waves.

Data Clarity

Forming common referencing processes for all spares, which delivers spend visibility through: single part numbers and descriptions to an agreed industry standards (UnSPSC, ECAT, etc). Professional Procurement

Having provided visibility to a sub category level, Entec can then leverage its clients global/regional and local spend through economies of scale. Entec International add value, forming strategic alliances with suppliers who pass stringent requirements for service delivery and who strive to add value through concepts such as vMI, ring-fenced inventory, site support partnerships, etc.

Improved inventory Management

Data clarity and spend management deliver a true picture of min/max stock levels required by the operations to efficiently manage their maintenance & repair operations. This clarity also enables Entec clients to develop regional/global inventory sharing opportunities, further driving down cost

and improving working capital.

Data is meaningless without the

knowledge to unlock its value.
