-1-DATA DIAGNOSTIC - ALL MODULES
Technician Note: If the Keyless Start CK SYS LED is Flashing during the “OK to Start” timer, (either 25-seconds or
60-seconds), there is a data communication problem in the system. Swipe and check each Antenna/Reader. If the
RED LED continues to flash during the 6-second solenoid unlock timer, that Antenna/Reader is NOT communicating
with the curbside master antenna/reader.
Test initiates anytime
power is applied to unit.

After entering code enrollment, only one

Enrollment
Technician Note: See Code Enrollment section (pages 4 & 5)
At curbside antenna / reader, enter code enrollment mode by holding
master key near antenna until the RED LED starts to flicker-flash
(about 15-seconds).
Wait 10-seconds.
To enter SysQC diagnostic test mode, present the master key a
second time. The siren will chirp when system enters SYS QC mode.
System remains in SYS QC mode for 250-seconds or until the master
key is presented a third time.
If data communication is OK between the curbside (master node)
antenna / reader and ALL other nodes (driver, bulkhead, rear &
keyless start), the green LED will flicker-flash.
If the curbside RED LED is flicker-flashing, then there is a data
communication problem. Walk around the truck until you find the
other node (driver, bulkhead, rear or keyless) that is also flashing the
RED LED which indicates there is NO data communication with the
master node. If the Antenna / Reader is “dead”, the Red LED will
NOT flash. When the problem is fixed, then all Green LEDs will flash.
During this test all of the units are functional. The doors can be
unlocked and the truck can be started. Anytime an input is detected,
the siren will chirp. An input is defined as: RFID Electronic Key Tag
Read, Unlock Switch Pressed, or Door Opened. If the siren does
NOT chirp, the input was NOT detected indicating there is a problem.
Check for shorts in the wire harness, bad crimps and / or failed
switches. If harness and external components are OK, then the unit
may have failed.
Note: The new doors ajar diagnostic test will be active in the SysQC
diagnostic test mode if the Keyless Start is swiped.

CODE ENROLLMENT – WRISTBAND KEYS
Steps 1 - 3 must be repeated for each Wristband Key Enrolled
1. Present and hold a Station Master Key in front of any antenna
(Curbside, Driver, Bulkhead, Rear, or Keyless Start) for about
15-seconds.
As you continue to hold the Station Master Key in front of the antenna,
you will see and hear the following:
• Red LED will Double Flash
• Green LED will turn ON solid (6-seconds)
• Solenoid (lock) clicks
• Red LED ON solid (10-seconds)
• Red LED will Single Flash, then
• Red LED will Flicker Flash
(Learn Mode Max 20-seconds)
2. As soon as the Red LED Flicker Flash has started, remove the
Station Master Key and present a Wristband Key.
• The Red LED will Double Flash indicating the Wristband Key
Code has been successfully enrolled or “Learned”.
*Note: If the Station Master Key is held within range of the antenna
during the complete 20-second Flicker Flash cycle, ALL Wristband Key
Codes will be erased.
3. Remove the Wristband Key.
To Test: Wait 2-seconds, then re-present the Wristband Key. You will
see and hear the following:
• Red LED will Double Flash
• Green LED will be ON solid (6-seconds)
• Solenoid (lock) clicks
