PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 16, 2020, special litigation counsel for the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Joinder to Emergency Motion of Debtors for Entry of an Order (I) Clarifying that Pursuant to the Bidding Procedures and Sales Process the Debtors can Sell Certain Assets Free and Clear of Junior Interests; and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 325] (the “Joinder”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on September 28, 2020, SCM Crude, LLC And SCM Water, LLC (together, “SCM”), filed the Objection To Emergency Motion Of Debtors For Entry Of An Order (I) Clarifying That Pursuant To The Bidding Procedures And Sales Process The Debtors Can Sell Certain Assets Free And Clear Of Junior Interests; And (II) Granting Related Relief And Objection To Joinder To Emergency Motion Of Debtors For Entry Of An Order (I) Clarifying That Pursuant To The Bidding Procedures And Sales Process The Debtors Can Sell Certain Assets Free And Clear Of Junior Interests; And (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 367] (the “SCM Objection”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the deadline for the Debtors to file a reply to the SCM Objection shall be November 5, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. (prevailing Central Time).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the hearing on the Joinder previously rescheduled for November 2, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. (prevailing Central Time) [Docket No. 517] has been reset to November 9, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. (prevailing Central Time) before the Honorable Marvin Isgur, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, in Room 404 of the United States Bankruptcy Court, 515 Rusk Street, Houston, TX 77002.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this hearing will be conducted electronically with counsel for the Debtors and all witnesses appearing remotely through the two electronic conference systems—one audio system and one video system—authorized by the Court: If you want to both see the documents and exhibits as presented to the Court and hear the proceeding you should be 1) dialed in through the audio system, and 2) logged into the Court’s video via GoToMeeting.

Audio Communication

Audio communication will be by use of the Court’s regular dial-in number. The dial-in number is 832-917-1510. You will be responsible for your own long-distance charges. You will be asked to key in the conference room number. Judge Isgur’s conference code number is 954554.

Attorneys, witnesses, and parties-in-interest wishing to participate in the hearing must connect to each hearing by audio communication. Any person wishing to observe the proceeding may also dial in to the audio conference dial-in number.

Each person who speaks at the electronic hearing should be prepared to restate that person’s name each time that the person speaks in order to assist any transcriber of the audio recording.

Video Communication:

Evidence and demonstrative exhibits will be offered by the Debtors from a remote location and will be accessible to parties who access the Court’s video via GoToMeeting. The internet site is www.GoToMeet.me. Persons connecting by mobile device will need to download the free GoToMeeting application.

Once connected to GoToMeeting, a participant must select “Join a Meeting”. The code for joining this hearing before Judge Isgur is “judgeisgur”. The next screen will have a place for the participant’s name in the lower left corner. Please complete the name and click “Notify”.

In accordance with the protocol outlined in General Order 2020-4 and enacted by General Order 2020-10a, the Debtors will file all evidentiary exhibits on the Court’s docket. Additionally, the Debtors may have demonstrative exhibits to aid in their presentation to the Court, copies of which may be obtained by any party by sending a request to the undersigned counsel to the Debtors at the email addresses listed below.

If any party wishes to offer exhibits, these exhibits should be filed on CM/ECF. Further, each exhibit should be filed as a separate attachment to an Exhibit List in compliance with Bankruptcy Local Rule 9013-2 and General Order 2020-04.

Witnesses presented by the Debtors will appear via audio and video connection. Any person wishing to examine the witness will be permitted to do so during the hearing via audio and/or video, subject to approval of the Court.

4 Electronic Appearances

Hearing appearances should be made electronically and in advance of the hearing. You may make your electronic appearance by:

2. Under “Electronic Appearance” selecting “Click here to submit Electronic Appearance;”

3. Selecting Lilis Energy, Inc., et al. from the list of electronic appearance links; and 4. After selecting Lilis Energy, Inc., et al. from the list, completing the required fields and hitting the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

Submitting your appearance electronically in advance of the hearing will negate the need to make an appearance on the record at the hearing.
