When an Agent client detects a real-time problem with an end-user transaction, it uses sophisticated root-cause analysis technology to identify its source and sends an alarm to aggregation servers, which processes this event information and presents its results in color-coded displays. As a result, your help desk staff can resolve wireless access, network and application performance problems the first time. And, many costly repair and replace procedures can be eliminated because of proactive problem isolation.
• Automated Agent — Active monitoring
capabilities let you remotely test wireless applications availability, response and retrieval times, throughput and congestion levels. You can automatically run “synthetic transactions” from specific clients.
