Absence
Management occupational schemes o Safe manage legislation in terms of
legislative compliance with statutory maternity pay (SMP), statutory sick pay (SSP), statutory adoption pay (SAP) and statutory paternity pay (SPP). As part of the standard solution we also offer the ability for users to create and manage a range of occupational schemes such as
occupational sick pay (OSP) and
occupational health pay (OHP), as well as occupational maternity pay (OMP).

Training
Administration Module
(optional)
The Safe EMS training administration system is fully integrated with the Safe EMS HR software and can help to minimise the administrative overhead associated with scheduling courses, allocating resources and booking delegates.
Users can identify training needs, administer the courses and events, manage training providers and venues through to allocating key resources such as rooms and equipment.
Individual and bulk bookings are available as well as being able to allocate ‘course programs’ to your delegates. Waiting lists and course pre-requisites are also checked.
Integration with Microsoft Word and Outlook means that pre and post course documents can be sent to the right delegate at the right time, such as joining
instructions, cancellations and course certificates. If you take the employee self service module your employees can view courses available on-line and generate training requests.
Information such as training needs, appraisals, objectives and skills are immediately available on any
individual, group or department, enabling line
managers to identify the availability of relevant courses and place a training request whilst conducting an
appraisal. Recruitment
Module (optional)
EMS recruitment module is a comprehensive
management system for all your recruitment needs. The module is simple to use and enables users to manage the recruitment processes from end to end, effortlessly, taking the headache out of the day to day administration.
Users can quickly set-up vacancies and process the candidates efficiently through the recruitment process helping you to standardise each stage of the
recruitment process. Tasks such as letter or email production, interview invites, reference tracking and contract generation are quickly and easily set up. The successful candidate is then passed seamlessly across to EMS HR as an employee ready for the rest of the EMS suite.
Both external and internal applicants can be recorded along with equal opportunity monitoring.
The EMS recruitment system also includes skills
matching and applicant assessments, ensuring you find the right people for the job.
An additional add on to the recruitment module is the candidate portal where people using the web can view vacancies within your company and apply for positions. These applications can seamlessly be updated into the recruitment module thus saving administration time as the need to enter the applicants’ data manually is no longer necessary.
Employee and Manager Kiosk (optional)
access to key HR and payroll data via the web or intranet using a web browser. By branding the self service module with your own corporate colours, logo’s, fonts and imagery your employees have a solution with a familiar look and feel helping to increase the usability of the system from the outset.
Security within MyView allows managers to interact with their own staff. Changes of personal details, holidays, absence, training requests and many other functions may be authorised by a team.
Employees are able to see their own payslips, change personal data, request training, absence or holidays and more. Any changes are automatically passed through to the appropriate line manager for authorisation.
