• Customers purchase two service components to get started…Lines and
Seats
• The number of Lines to match the number of calls they have going at their busiest hour. Each Line represents a single call path. There does not
need to be a 1:1 ratio of lines to users. Over-subscription should be utilized for added cost savings.
• The number and type of Standard and Unified Communication Seats to equal the quantity of phones for all stations throughout the location
• Lastly, a customer may select Add-On items such as Auto Attendant,
Receptionist Consoles, Toll Free lines, etc.
