Calls logs are available in web portal directories:

Calls Log
Information is saved in statistics even if the web portal is not
connected
Customer specific calls log can be added but to ease installation
and configuration some are predefined in ACP:
•Inbound calls
•Outbound calls
Can be seen as specific directories with additional information:
•Call type
•Call time
•Duration
•Service
>Professional or private call
With also:
•Calendar status
•Extension status
•Access to detailed contact card
