DESIGN APPROACH

AND APPROVALS.

This stage begins with a thorough review of your artwork and brand standards. We understand that each sign’s image and message must integrate seamlessly with your branding strategy. It’s your name on the sign and that matters most to us. Our design team then takes the site surveys and develops specific drawings for each location. We use these drawings to create a complete, no-surprises proposal. These detailed, site-specific program booklets let you see everything involved all the way down the road.

We make sure we get it right. Any modifications or additions you request will be made and submitted for approval. Once you give us the go-ahead, our manufacturing team steps in with a complete fabrication, delivery and installation schedule.

ONGOING, UP-TO-DATE

COMMUNICATIONS.

When a job begins, our project managers build a timeline of due dates and develop detailed status reports. All the information on a project is organized, tracked and updated in real time, issuing progress reports at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. By logging on to our online status report tool, our clients have instant access to the status of their jobs – at anytime, from anywhere.

SHIPPING

AND INSTALLATION

The shipping and installation of your sign is a major consideration of our

operation. We begin by safely crating your sign, continuing with complete logistics and our own fleet of delivery and installation vehicles. For deliveries outside Illinois or Indiana, we have pre-approved, quality-conscious vendors ready to assist and keep us on schedule.

We advise our installers a minimum of one week prior to delivery of materials. Through our on-line, real-time project management system, all parties concerned are constantly kept up to date.
