• Select drugs form the patients’ current medication to use for reminders • Set the repeat cycle frequency for each drug

Send SMS Repeat Reminders automatically or

eClinic Pharmacy also gives you options to send messages either:
• Automatically at scheduled times, eg daily or weekly – for all subscribed patients and drugs
• Manually at any time– either immediately or at a future scheduled time
A log of each message is also kept against the patient so that you have a full history of every message sent to every patient.

– This screen displays all messages that are due to be sent in the next scheduled run. Ifrequired, these messages can be deleted or sent prior to the next scheduled run

– Shows all messages that have previously been sent• Inbox

view all Queued, Sent and Received SMS messages
• Actioned
– Messages can be marked as ‘Dispensed’. This will send a notification SMS to the patientto let them know that the medication has been dispensed and is ready to be picked up.

eClinic Pharmacy Support
• Installation of eClinic Pharmacy Software and ongoing maintenance support is provided remotely using remote access software tools.
• eClinic Pharmacy Software will be updated remotely as well as new versions of the software become available. Site visits are not required.
