Neotel’s WAN network is built on a Next Generation future proof IP based network that offers unprecedented scale, reach and capacity. Our network is built for 99.999% availability with access to all five undersea cables that land in South Africa. To support your global expansion we have access to 225 locations world-wide via our global network. Neotel is MEF2.0 and Cisco Gold certified and a Master Services Provider.

Neotel’s WAN incrementally scales with your network, adding new sites as your business needs change is fast and hassle free. Neotel offers you Classes of Service (CoS) for traffic prioritization. The highest class provides a real time priority queue, optimized for latency and jitter sensitive applications such as voice and video conferencing. Other additional CoS allows you to prioritize other applications such as SAP, Citrix, CRM systems, email and web browsing.

Neotel’s WAN is built on RFC 4364 standards and we have undertaken to get certified in the following standards:
