Choose LED fixtures, equipment and services
Choose a compatible fixture, LumenSafe equipment, and startup services. Additional services are available to support ease of deployment. For full catalog logic, refer to the product spec sheet for the compatible fixture and the supplemental spec sheet for LumenSafe.
LumenSafe integrated camera technology
LumenSafe combines the use of a high quality IP camera, power equipment and networking gear to provide a turn-key hardware solution for video monitoring with an aesthetic that is cleanly intergrated to the luminaire.
Services
Remote startup services include a day of support for activities such as user training, integration and implementation support, activation of cellular service and/or software-as-a-service as ordered. Customers may choose to provide their own networking or software solutions or utilize the Cooper provided solutions..

Remote monitoring
1. Cooper Lighting Solutions agrees to sell products and services
to Buyer for purposes of mock-up and review.
Buyer shall not use the products and services for any purpose other than evaluation for continued use and/or purchase of Cooper Lighting Solutions products.
2. Buyer must issue a released purchase order in an
amount as quoted by Cooper Lighting Solutions. Purchase order must note “LumenSafe pilot” and specify promo code
“CA6”. Purchase order is subject to all standard Cooper Lighting Solutions terms and conditions.
3. For lighting agencies, LumenSafe pilot orders purchased by your
agency should be entered into FLASHPro using your agency’s LED account in the sold-to field.
4. Standard made to order or stock shipping lead times apply
to all products.
5. LumenSafe pilot orders being billed to the distributor should
be entered into FLASHPro by the agent and submitted as normal. Please contact your customer service representative for follow up.
6. Services provided through the LumenSafe pilot program do
not include on-site training, troubleshooting, or labor to install or uninstall pilot program products. Additional services are available at standard billed rates.
7. Cooper Lighting Solutions will allow up to 180-days net
payment terms from invoice date, or you can return all equipment (freight prepaid) undamaged within 180-days for a credit to the invoice with the exception of any optional cellular data plans.
8. Buyer must request an RMA number for product, noting “LumenSafe pilot” in the RMA request. Returned product must reference this RMA number. Credit will not be issued for product returned without an RMA number.
9. To receive a credit, all products shall be returned freight prepaid
in the original packaging and in reusable condition. Buyer shall provide the freight tracking number to Cooper Lighting Solutions. Credit will not be issued for sample products damaged during return shipment.
10. Data overages will incur additional charges which will be billed
separately and are non-refundable. When supplying data plans and software services, Cooper Lighting Solutions will provide required bandwidth settings and reserves the right to manage bandwidth settings on the customer’s behalf with written notification.
11. Buyer will be responsible for continuation of cellular service and
ongoing annual SAAS fees at the end of the 180-day pilot period.
12. Credit will not be issued for Sample Product returned to Cooper
Lighting Solutions after the allotted one hundred and eighty (180) day pilot period.
13. Standard Cooper Lighting Solutions warranty terms and
conditions apply during the 180-day pilot program.
