Transfer Summary:

This guide is designed for students completing an A.A.S in Criminal Justice Technology and transferring to South University to complete the B.S in Criminal Justice.

South University uses a quarter credit (qtr. cr.) system and converts Savannah Technical College semester credits (sem. cr.) as follows: 1 semester credit x 1.5 quarter credit.

Up to 60 semester credits which is equivalent to 90 quarter credits will transfer and apply to the bachelor degree. Students will need to complete an additional 96 quarter credits or 64 semester credits to earn the B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Some Savannah Technical College course, denoted by Transfer* are similar in content to South coursework (1000-2000 level). Students do not need to repeat the course or replace the credit.
