Remote device access (VNC based) is an essential tool when assisting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting devices.
Connections to devices with FromVNC help in understanding problems of end-users along with supporting and training. Devices are accessible with any network connection even over a slower GPRS network.
Bi-directional end user approved session replicates all actions on the device, reproduced in real-time on a remote console, which includes full control over all device features.
