uring the first course, students participate in a weekend-long on-campus personal and leadership development workshop. The primary purpose of the workshop is to establish the foundation of a learning community among the students by developing a shared understanding of learning goals. The dynamics of interpersonal communication, personal ethics, values, and team development are explored. The workshop also provides an overview of the entire MBA program and initiates working relationships with the faculty team.

• Bachelor’s degree with an acceptable grade point average from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent from an international college or university

• Minimum two years of work experience

• A completed Pepperdine application form, including required essays, organization chart, and resume with a check for the nonrefundable $75 application fee

• One recommendation from the applicant’s immediate supervisor or an individual qualified to assess the applicant’s ability to pursue a graduate degree

• Acceptable GMAT or GRE scores. GMAT is preferred; GRE is accepted as an alternative
