when you log in to Rockland Trust Online Banking, you will need to reestablish this information. Please make note of these items before February 20, so that you can

All payees, recurring payments, and payment information will transfer to Rockland Trust Online Bill Pay. You will be able to view and edit this information beginning Monday, February 23 when you log in to Rockland Trust Online Banking.
Changes to payment processing
When you make an online payment, Rockland Trust’s Bill Pay system doesn’t debit your account until your payee processes your payment. This is different from your current system, which debits your account when you submit a bill payment. Rockland Trust’s cut-off time to submit a bill payment is 4:00 p.m. The cut-off for expedited1 bill payments is 6:45 p.m.
