Important information

Your online banking accounts with Peoples Federal Savings Bank will transfer to Rockland Trust Online Banking during the weekend of February 20 –22.

Important dates and times

Prior to Verify that the email address and phone number associated with

Wed., Feb. 18 your Peoples Federal Savings Bank account are correct. See page 4

for details.

Prior to Make note of alerts, eBill information, and your online banking user ID.

Fri., Feb. 20

Fri., Feb. 20 Access to Peoples Federal Savings Bank Online Banking and

4:00 p.m. Bill Pay ends.

Mon., Feb. 23 Access to your accounts at Rockland Trust Online Banking

begins at RocklandTrust.com.

The following account information WILL be transferred:

General account information and user ID

eStatements for the past 36 months

Bill pay payee information

Scheduled and recurring bill payments

Scheduled and recurring transfers among your Peoples Federal Savings Bank accounts

This information WILL NOT transfer:

Transaction history, including bill payment history

Linked accounts with another financial institution

Pre-scheduled transfers between your Peoples Federal Savings Bank accounts to another financial institution

Account alerts and eBill information

QuickBooks and Quicken online banking account links

It’s recommended that you download or print copies of your transaction history, including bill payment history.

Transitioning to Rockland Trust Online Banking

Download transaction history

Your online banking account history with Peoples Federal Savings Bank will not be transferred. However, if you use eStatements, you will be able to access the past 36 months of transaction history. We recommend that prior to February 20 you

print or download copies of your transaction and bill payment history.

Make note of account alerts, eBills, and scheduled/recurring external transfers

Your current alerts, eBills, and scheduled or recurring transfers to another financial institution will process through Friday, February 20, 2015. However,

when you log in to Rockland Trust Online Banking, you will need to reestablish this information. Please make note of these items before February 20, so that you can

easily reestablish them. (You’ll notice that, for security reasons, certain alerts have

been automatically activated within Rockland Trust Online Banking.)

Reinstate eStatement delivery in Rockland Trust Online Banking

If you receive eStatements and wish to continue doing so, you can reinstate your choice within Rockland Trust Online Banking by clicking on the Statements tab and accepting the eStatement disclosure. Otherwise, your statements will be mailed to you.

Migrate QuickBooks and Quicken links to Rockland Trust

If your online banking account is linked to QuickBooks or Quicken, you will need to merge or relink your account. Please go to RocklandTrust.com/Welcome for more information.

Bill Pay

If you currently use Bill Pay, all of your bill payments will continue to process without interruption. All payees, recurring payments, and payment information will transfer to Rockland Trust Online Bill Pay. You will be able to view and edit this information beginning Monday, February 23 when you log in to Rockland Trust Online Banking.

Changes to payment processing

When you make an online payment, Rockland Trust’s Bill Pay system doesn’t debit your account until your payee processes your payment. This is different from your current system, which debits your account when you submit a bill payment. Rockland Trust’s cut-off time to submit a bill payment is 4:00 p.m. The cut-off for expedited1 bill payments is 6:45 p.m.

Are you already a Rockland Trust customer?

If you are an online banking customer of both Peoples Federal Savings Bank and Rockland Trust, your Peoples Federal Savings Bank accounts will be rolled into your existing online banking. You will be able to use your current Rockland Trust User ID to log in to your account. However, the following information will not transfer to your Rockland Trust account:

Your payee and payment information from your Peoples Federal Savings Bank account. You will need to reestablish this information.

eBills that you receive through Peoples Federal Savings Bank Online Banking. You will need to reestablish this information in Rockland Trust Bill Pay.

Any pre-scheduled transfers from your Peoples Federal Savings Bank account.

Secure Access Codes

When you log in to Rockland Trust Online Banking for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a Secure Access Code. This one-time use code allows you to securely log in to our online banking system. The code will be sent to the email or phone number associ-ated with your Peoples Federal Savings Bank account. It is important that you verify that your email and phone number are correct by February 18.

How to update your email and/or phone number:

Email address — Log in to Peoples Federal Savings Bank Online Banking. You will see

your current email address in the upper right hand corner. Click on your email and enter your updated email address twice as instructed, then click Submit.

Phone number — You can update your phone number one of two ways:

By speaking with a representative at your local branch or sending an online message. To send a secure online message, log in to online banking, click on the Account Services tab. Then, under Resources, click on Message Center, then click on Compose Message. Choose a subject, enter your message with the updated phone number, and click Submit.

How to log in to online banking for the first

time on or after February 23

1. From the Rockland Trust home page enter your current Peoples Federal Savings

Bank User ID in the User ID field and click Log In.

2. On the next screen, select I am a new user, then click Login. Do not enter a password in the password box.

3. You will be directed to a page displaying the secure contact information we have on file for your account. Select one Secure Access Code delivery method from the list you can access immediately: phone, message, or email, then click Submit. The Secure Access Code is only good for 15 minutes, so if it does expire, you will need to request a new one. Note: If all of the contact information we have on file is inaccurate or out-of-date, you cannot proceed any further. Please contact us to provide updated information.

4. Enter the Secure Access Code, then click Submit. (Do not navigate away from the screen. If you need to access your email account to retrieve your code, please open a new browser window or browser tab.)

5. Read the online banking agreement, then click I Accept.

6. Verify/update your Online Banking Profile information and click Submit.

7. Enter a new password twice, then click Submit.

Designate account users and assign rights As the account owner, you can assign user rights to employees. You can set limits on which information may be accessed, the types of transactions the employee may authorize, and establish dollar amount limits.

How to get started with mobile banking6

It’s easy. Go to the App Store (Apple device) or Google Play (Android) and download the free app. Then log in using your Rockland Trust User ID and password.

Bill Pay Overview displays your billers,

bills due, pending payments, and payments processed. From here you can manage payees and schedule, edit, or delete scheduled payments.

Online Banking Customer Checklist

To ensure a smooth transition, prior to February 18:

Verify that the email address and phone number associated with your Peoples Federal Savings Bank account are correct and update, if needed.

Prior to February 20:

Download transaction and bill payment history for your records.

Make note of alerts, eBill information, and your online banking user ID.

Transfers among your Peoples Federal Savings Bank accounts scheduled to occur on Saturday, February 21 or Sunday, February 22 will not be processed until Monday, February 23. Reschedule these transfers to occur on or before February 20, if needed.
