Problem Statement

One of the recruitment agencies based in US required an online portal to arrange online live interviews with candidates.

Old Technology & Limitations

The old system of face-to face interviews or telephonic interviews could not fulfill all the job requirements. It was not possible for the candidates across the world to come for face-to-face interviews. There was a lack of live video conference that could help the recruitment agencies to hire the right candidates as per the job requirements.

Solutions

Rigel provided such a portal for recruitment agencies where they can arrange online live interviews with candidates. It offers online video interview solution that makes it much easier to discover qualified candidates, whether they're across the country or the world. Your hiring manager could be one live video conference away from the perfect candidate. We used PHP language for such a project as it is very easy to learn and is a productive language that lets developers build sites quickly. Following are the tools & components for this project:

Case Study: E-commerce Solutions for a Jewelry Business

Problem Statement

A US-based B2C firm in jewelry industry wanted to develop the website in such a way to market its jewelry products online and increase the sale of all its items.

Old Technology & Limitations

The old system of jewelry selling was obsolete. There was no proper online way of shopping such jewelry items. There was not proper site through which the client could market its products, keep a track of its inventory and increase sales by reaching a large number of people. Even the client’s customers could not have access to search for different items of the company and buy the items and pay online.

Solutions

Rigel Networks provided complete ecommerce solutions using Magento, OsCommerce and MS.Net frameworks that gave control over the look, content and functionality of the client’s website. The website provides the details of each product classified into various sub-sections. The end-customers can see online details and video reviews of the products and can comment on the same after successfully logging into their accounts. They can select any product and gift it through online credit card payment gateway. The visitors can subscribe to email newsletters for getting latest information on the products. The portal also provides search engine to find any related products. In this way the jewelry products are promoted online and customers can purchase online and can also pay online through credit card processing feature. Rigel has implemented more affiliate marketing programs with Google, Bing, Amazon and Link Share. We used following tools for this project: TOOLS USED:

One of our clients located in Australia required a hosted, low-cost CRM solution for their

business.

Old Technology & Limitations

The old system of handling customers and managing reports etc. was creating problems in their business. They were facing several problems like disconnected handling of contacts, opportunities and accounts, inability to generate reports on sales progress for clients and lack of information sharing between sales representatives.

Solutions

Rigel Networks provided a Sugar CRM solution to the client. The client benefitted from sales automation, collaboration, and reporting functionalities. This CRM has some basic reporting capabilities and the ability to prelaunch selected campaigns. It is low cost and looks like it does what client’s needs. It provided marketing automation, sales force automation, and customer support features. As an open source, web-based CRM solution, Sugar is easy to customize and adapt to the changing needs. It allowed the company’s employees at all offices to collaborate on accounts by sharing information critical to the sales process. It helped to manage and upsell into existing accounts, forecast revenue, monitor performance through dashboards and manage quotes and contracts. It also helped to handle customer cases quickly and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
