RedPrairie offers several time clock options integrated

with our proprietary time and attendance software.

These clocks can also be integrated with multiple

third party applications. RedPrairie has partnered with

two leading hardware vendors to successfully deliver

customer solutions for almost a decade. It’s important to

note that before any clock is offered by RedPrairie, our

development and technology engineers test and certify

each clock to make sure that it adheres to the quality

and functionality standards expected from leading

companies around the world. The following provides a

brief description of the clocks offered by RedPrairie.

Radiant

T200 > This is a low-cost T&A solution used by many

of our customers that provides the basic functionality

needed with our T&A software. This clock has been

successfully used in the field since 2005. It provides

barcode, magstrip or biometrics options.

ATS

Maximus > The Maximus clock, the most rugged of the

clocks offered by RedPrairie, has been certified for use

with RedPrairie’s T&A software since 2010. It is popular

with customers for its look and reliability.

Optimus > The Optimus is RedPrairie’s most recently

certified clock option. Optimus allows you to take

advantage of the full service/employee self-service

functionality available in RedPrairie’s T&A software as

well other HR systems. As the most full-featured clock,

it is also the largest. Optimus is used by some of the

largest companies in the world, and has been certified

with barcode, magstrip and biometrics.

Time Clock 200

The Time Clock 200 provides an alternative to the outdated technology and

proprietary software architecture often found in the time and attendance industry.

This data collection terminal design, based upon proven hardware technology, creates

an open software system that enables it to work flawlessly with RedPrairie’s

®

solutions.

This scalable client/server architecture fits the needs of businesses both large and small

and is your affordable solution that meets your specific time and attendance needs.

The Windows CE-based data collection terminal offers a complete selection of data collection and connectivity choices including bar code, magnetic stripe, keypad, ethernet, USB, RS232 and Weigand. Its wall-mounted enclosure is sealed and water-resistant. Security and reliability are its key design features. The time clock can only be programmed remotely, and all its ports are hidden and secure.

Time Clock OPTIMUS

Online Personal Time and Information Management Utility System. On the outside, a

large, easy-to-read display and familiar ATM-style interface. On the inside, functionality

far beyond old fashioned Time & Attendance and Payroll terminals. The OPTIMUS

station is a full-service/self-service terminal that allows for both the input and output of

information to help HR professionals manage their business.

The OPTIMUS packs a powerful processor and open programming, so UCS and/or Java™ development is a snap to deploy. The biometric option protects employees’ personal information and eliminates costly buddy-punching.
