○ 8 am, May 16th
○ A notice will be sent to your student’s email address, through our text notification service, on the districts and high schools social media platforms, and on the JCHS counseling website.
● Students will be divided alphabetically into each group; it is important for the groups to be as even as possible in order to accommodate as many guests as possible (3). As we solidify our graduate list, the group determination will be made nearer the week of graduation.
● Your graduate was given 4 guest tickets; each one is numbered 1-4. In the event of an indoor ceremony, tickets 1-3 will be honored to accommodate our district Covid 19 indoor event capacity of 50%.
● Students will be seated on the floor of the gymnasium; guests will be seated in the balcony.
