Salary Up to £35,000.00 per annum: Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
Hours of Work 35 hours per week, (or as otherwise agreed) 9.00am-5.00pm but flexibility is required.

Job Title Marketing and Communications Manager
Function of the Post
To inject some energy, creativity and excellence into our marketing and communications. Renaisi is a fantastic organisation and we want someone who is ambitious and keen to make their mark to help us tell our story. The role will involve supporting the Renaisi Policy and Communications Director to curate and co-ordinate all communications activities and outputs across the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Brand Guardian - maintain oversight of all off Renaisi’s communications channels and tools including online platforms, media work and publications to consolidate the Renaisi brand and ensure our vision, purpose and impact are clearly communicated.
• Content Generation – carve out a greater online visibility for Renaisi in our target markets – including extending our social media output and ensuring out website is top of the range. Inspire our staff team to create compelling and thoughtful blogs and source and develop best practice case studies and testimonials from our client groups to demonstrate the impact of Renaisi’s work. • Creative Design - oversee the production of a rolling suite of high-quality,
beautifully designed promotional and merchandising materials to showcase the different aspects of Renaisi’s work. These will need to work off and online including use of multi- media, illustrations etc.
• Events - organise a series of PR events, both social and professional to raise the profile of Renaisi’s brand and impact. Previous events have included the Renaisi Annual Lecture with ministerial speakers as well as the Renaisi It’s a Knock Out Tournament.
• Lead Generation and Loyalty Schemes - developing processes and approaches for the improved dissemination and promotion of Renaisi’s work including through online and offline channels. This might include extending website reach through search engines but also the purchasing of email lists, developing an in house contacts database or advising staff on what to do with collected business cards.
• PR - develop a media and PR strategy to proactively increase media coverage across Renaisi’s various markets e.g. local government, housing, education etc. This will include sourcing and creating compelling submissions for various award programmes such as UK Social Enterprise awards.
• Internal Communications – lead on and deliver the company’s internal communications plan so that staff feel motivated, loved and able to influence decisions about the running of the company.
• Measure Impact – demonstrate the impact of our investment in communications by monitoring and compiling a quarterly report on what it has achieved e.g. website traffic, media coverage, numbers at events etc.
In addition to the above, which is your core role, there may also be occasions where you are asked to undertake additional work at Renaisi. This may include: Supporting clients
Undertake client work commissions

Draft reports for clients
Attend client and company meetings as necessary and be prepared to attend evening and weekend meetings and events as required.

Develop Renaisi models and tools as required in areas of regeneration.

Ensure compliance amongst project team staff with corporate systems and procedures e.g. client relationship management, time recording and regular invoicing.
